DO NOT BELIEVE THE RANKINGS AND BOOKING WEBSITE OR APP.

Conveniently located & comfy rooms. They did tell me at the reception when I arrived that they upgraded me to a bigger room, no extra charge, which is appreciated. The only negative was that there was no hot water to shower for the duration of my 3night 4day stay, if wanted had to request from kitchen, that too only if the cook was available to boil it. So if you are used to taking cold showers, it's fine, which I'm not. But still an OK experience.

Worst possible experience! Staff took off with the refund money due to me by signing off the accounts in my name. General Manager Mr. Nanda acknowledged the turn of events but completely refused to take any responsibility. He instead questioned my motives for highlighting the issue at a later stage. Also refused to give any written acknowledgement of the written complaint I tendered to him in his office. A police complaint may have led to an impediment in my itinerary, causing me to back off and bear a loss of AED 980. Not a place you can trust. Strongly suggest all visitors to reconsider their lodging plans at this property.

Worst of the worst experience . I would not suggest anybody to book this property . We had to stay without power for more than 9 hours. And funny part it's not a technical issue. DEWA( electricity bill) was not paid. And staff have no explanation. None of the administration ppl in the property all ran away. And no compansation as well. And thy are not bothered about customers. Very poor WiFi. Staff not at all helpful. Please humble request do not book in this property . It's near metro doesn't mean a good place to stay. There are other properties near by Raviz , Sheraton etc . When customer is been not trated like a customer's no point going there.

One of the pathetic hotels in Dubai. You will find cockroaches crawling on your bed and if you complain, you will be given 2 options. 1) No problem, we will change the room where you may fail to fond one 2) We have no problem to cancel your booking and walk out if you don't like to live with cockroaches...
Never stay in this place...

Over all very very bad experience.Leakage from bathroom cealing, They do not have breakfast services though they charged for it.Very bad attitude to talk of Reception staff.Do not provide drinking water in room.Very poor presure of water in shower.Very poor light in room.And just to remind every it card rate shows as 700 to 900, but shared with another guest they settle for 300 + if you bargain. But is not worth for 300 + AED.
