The buggy services are limited and only within the resort premises, which is very disappointing as we were with family. This is first time despite of requesting he dropped us in too sunny outside. It's a great family hotel. The service is very good, including valet parking and luggage delivery. The price difference between before and after booking is a bit too big, almost three times. I don't know if it's a problem with the platform or something? But the overall stay experience is very good.

Great location to spend the entire day with your kids playing in the waterpark! I recommended to anybody with kids from all ages. They had an amazing time. The adult pool to have drinks with a DJ is also great for the parents wanting to have some quality time between adults.
