We stayed there for 8 nights . My overall experience was very positive . Nice gym they have . Rooms were very clean . We also tried the dinner buffet it was amazing . One thing I would complain about is that there is nobody to help you with your bags … their policy is you carrying your own bags .. They don’t help you with that and that’s very disappointing actually… other than that it was nice staying there. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Well the rooms were small.
No coffee available in the room. Lack of stock in the bar.
The coffee shop only had large cups and on several visits through the week it was one member of staff serving in the morning but they also had to deal with breakfast in the resto so had to wait a few times.
Per day rates were shocking because there was an event on in town which I was not attending so it's unfair when everyone has to pay a price hike for such things.
To be fair on one point the hotel I believe is closing down which would explain shirt stocks.

Excellent service
We had a good and amazing vacation
The staff are amazing and welcoming. Mr Maxwell was so kind and sympathetic he used to clean our room on time and he could provide extra amenities to our room.
He is really hardworking person.
The location of the hotel is close to the metro and close to Mall of Emirates

The hotel is in a very good location and the entrance is great but the rooms are narrow and poorly organized and I really felt a bit disappointed and I did not wish the situation to be this bad. The parking entrance is very narrow for large cars and also the views are not as great as they should be

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. We came for a visit. Overall it is a n awesome stay. The location is convenient to take metros and to other roads. The rooms are cozy and small but clean and tidy. They cleaned and arranged our room daily. We had breakfast at the hotel. They have buffet and food is delicious. Staff is helpful. Worth for the price. Most importantly withe location we were able to easily access for public transport and taxis and also to avoid unnecessary traffic jams in the other areas.
