The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day — a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The Executive Lounge is another great perk, though it would be nice if water and soft drinks were available at all times, even after 20:00 (it officially closes at 21:00). When we stopped by around 20:30, only coffee and tea were left, which was a bit disappointing.
The breakfast buffet is huge with a solid variety — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only real downside was the loud music late at night (sometimes until 2 or 3 AM), which could be quite disturbing.
A special thank you to the excellent housekeeping team — Amelia, Shreeya, and Pemba — who did an outstanding job every day. Also, the WhatsApp concierge service is super convenient and incredibly helpful.
One last note: it would be great if the hotel allowed tips to be added via credit or debit card at checkout, as it’s sometimes difficult to have cash on hand.
Overall, a great experience with just a few small areas that could make an already wonderful stay even better!
