I booked a double bed, but got a king-sized one. It was fine though, as the staff proactively helped me set up the sofa bed. If your English isn't great, communication might be a bit challenging. The hotel has a lot of Western guests. The beach views are stunning, and the private beach offers free water. Breakfast was decent, but the buffet dinner wasn't really to my taste. Taking the free hotel bikes for a spin was lovely. Taxis are easy to find, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Palm Jumeirah observation deck, which is inside a mall with plenty of shopping and dining options.

The location is convenient, quite close to Aura Skypool and the mall. It seems like the hotel attracts a lot of business travelers. The hotel has its own beach, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to experience it.

Great service and convenient location. The place was very clean and tidy. The room itself was small, but the balcony was amazing – watching the sunrise and sunset over the ocean every day was absolutely beautiful!

It was great. Great location, nice surrounding, cool bars around the corner, hotel restaurants also great. Staff was very child friendly. We will come again.

A little bit disappointed from the services as it didn't setup the sofa bed in advanced as confirmed, didn't empty the trash bin after room cleaning and didn't even do the room cleaning for one day. They insisted I have put up the do not disturb button even I was sure I didn't as I checked before I called them. Anyway, other than the services, facilities are all good. Just expect u need to take taxi to anyway you go then you are fine.

We booked four rooms with breakfast for two nights. On the day of check-in, which was already past midnight, one of the rooms we were assigned was already occupied. We then had to go back and switch rooms. The next day at breakfast, they said the room wasn't under my name and wanted me to pay, which caused another hassle. Finally, on the day we checked out, they claimed we had consumed items from the mini-bar, but we absolutely did not!! This Marriott is honestly the worst-managed one I've ever stayed at!! Not recommended! Plus, the bar was very noisy at night.

A very comfortable and luxurious hotel. It's clean, grand, and has an excellent location. The hotel staff are very welcoming, especially in the lobby, which is incredibly spacious and impressive with a very modern design. It's really great.

My recent one-night stay at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai with my family was truly wonderful. We were immediately struck by the huge and attractive lobby upon arrival. Our two interconnecting rooms provided the perfect setup, and the kids absolutely loved the pool, which stayed open until 10 PM. In the morning, the breakfast spread offered a delightful variety of items. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the supportive staff, who even gifted my children toys. I sincerely appreciate the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, for such a memorable experience.
