If you are a non-smoker, I would strongly recommend requesting a non-smoking room in advance. When I first checked in, I was given a smoking room, and the smell was quite strong and unpleasant. Fortunately, the staff were helpful and changed my room upon request. The new room was located on the first floor, and it was clean, tidy, and much more comfortable. The housekeeping seemed consistent, and all the basic amenities were available. The environment in the non-smoking section felt fresher and more welcoming, so I was glad they made the change quickly.

Breakfast was served on the ground floor in a buffet style. The spread included a mix of Middle Eastern and Indian dishes along with fruits and a few continental options. However, I found the breakfast selection rather limited and the taste somewhat average. Some items weren’t warm enough. The service during breakfast was okay but not particularly attentive — it felt more functional than friendly.

Overall, my stay was fine for a short visit, especially after the room change. The hotel staff were responsive when approached, and the non-smoking room was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. However, the breakfast experience left room for improvement, both in quality and service. If the hotel could enhance its food offerings and ensure better attention during breakfast hours, it would make a big difference to the overall guest experience.
