Excellent hotel, superior food and very friendly &helpful staff. A bit far from the City, but well communicated by public transport (however Marina or JBR are relativelynearby). Now under renovation, but working (all facilities available!) and that works are not disturbing at all.

Just opened Nomad cafe is a great place to unwind a bit. James and incomparable bartender Anuja will take care of you for sure 😃.

Stayed for business porpoises and some leisure time as well. Bit far from DBX and main attractions. Big plus they have a shuttle bus to one of the beaches. Stayed in room with two bathrooms and a king size bed, amazing. Everything was clean as it should be. Nice swimming pool area to rest. Stuff was very nice and friendly, helpful whenever needed.

I lost toiletries bag in this hotel in Nov 2024 then I checked with hotel concierge the bag was found. So I booked the same hotel in Nov 2025 and hope to collect the bag. But the concierge manager told me that the bag has no longer be found while they will disposal after 3 months. I’m very disappointed as they should remind me before if they need to dispose it with my consent.
Another reason, the hotel is carrying out the renovation at the front entrance and interior upgrades. Lot of dusts when walk to the hotel. My opinion is the hotel should make announcement for the travellers option if they like or dislike to stay.
With above mentioned, I don’t recommend travelers to stay in this hotel until they complete the renovation.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The hotel is absolutely beautiful even though its going through a renovation, the disruption was minimal. All the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive beyond expectations, especially Roche, Reda & Datta. Chef Arshad, Sandhya & Elsa went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and valued as guests. They were so respectful and always found time to come over to say 'hi'. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

We stayed in mid October and the hotel is undergoing a renovation. Regardless we had a really lovely stay. Su at reception was particularly kind, organising a fruit and cheese platter for our anniversary, and the staff in the dining area are exceptionally friendly, especially Phyu. The service was truly impeccable.
There was some banging early mornings from the painters outside on ropes and platforms so we were offered a change of room away from painters, which helped. The pool is amazing and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This was my 11th time in Dubai, and I usually stay in 5-star accommodation, so I had high expectations when I booked this hotel based on its high rating on Booking.com, the half board special, and its affordability. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the accommodation makes up for the location, which isn’t convenient for popular tourist attractions or major shopping destinations.
Some reviews mention welcome drinks which was not our experience. They did however offer us early check in at no cost which was amazing. They also had a birthday dessert in our room on the first day which was also a pleasent surprise
There was ongoing construction during my stay, which may have contributed to some issues, but overall the hotel doesn’t feel truly 5-star. The accommodation is decent and clean, but not luxurious in terms of finishes or atmosphere.
The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful, which was one of the highlights of our stay. However, even with great service, the overall experience lacked the 5-star luxury feel.
Half Board Experience:
The dinner buffet had very limited variety and didn’t meet 5-star expectations. While staff went above and beyond to prepare dishes we would enjoy, this defeats the purpose of a buffet. When I expressed my disappointment, they offered to make anything we wanted, but you shouldn’t need to do that at a buffet.

Staff are incredibly friendly and service was excellent.
Breakfast was extremely varied and will suit the needs of all tastes.
Our hosts during breakfast, Susan, Keith and Hamza went of their way to make our stay a truly memorable one.
Super comfy beds and pillows too.
Quite far out from Dubai central but its only a 5 minute walk from the Metro station and literally outside IBN Battuta Mall.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast in tasty. The room is big, clean and spacious. The hotel location is situated within walking distance of Ibn Battuta Metro station and the Ibn Battuta Mall is situated right at the doorstep of the hotel. Definitely love the location and price we pay. Highly recommend hotel to stay in.

Excellent service. I’m so glad that I chose here to stay. Great welcome by the hotel staff. check in was smooth without waiting. Food at Mistral restaurant was very good lots of varieties. I was given a discounted price at the restaurant. Chef Murad was excellent. He made very nice pasta according to my taste. All the staffs were making sure I’m comfortable and receive the best care. Will definitely come back again.
