Upon arrival, there was no porter or staff member available to assist with my luggage. I had to carry all my bags alone, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality service. This created a very bad first impression and set the tone for the rest of my stay.
At the reception, the situation became even worse. I was first accused of not having a booking, even though I had a confirmed reservation. Instead of welcoming me professionally, the staff questioned my presence and made me feel uncomfortable. After that, they accused me of not paying for my room, even though everything was already settled. This level of disorganization and lack of communication between departments is alarming.
It is also clear that the hotel is overbooked and still continues to accept new reservations without having the capacity or proper system in place to manage them. This carelessness directly affects guests and creates unnecessary stress, especially on such an important occasion.
What makes this experience even more disappointing is that my brother’s wedding was taking place at this hotel, and we expected everything to be handled smoothly and professionally. Instead, the service was very, very, very bad from start to finish. At such an important family event, we should have been supported, not stressed or disrespected.
Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. The management urgently needs to improve training, communication, and customer service standards. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not go through the same experience.
