Our experience at Kempinski The Boulevard with our 4‑ and 3‑year‑olds was mixed. The property itself is elegant and well‑located, but as a family traveling with young children, we found the stay less smooth than expected.

There was a noticeable lack of clear direction, which made navigating the hotel and its facilities challenging. With kids in tow, this added unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the staff were not as helpful or attentive as we had hoped—they seemed less proactive in guiding us or offering support, which is especially important when traveling with little ones.

But the location is awesome !

There was a small hiccup during our stay, but I'm incredibly grateful to Carol and Steven from Trip for their help in smoothly checking us into a suitable room.

The overall location is excellent, right next to Dubai Mall via a connecting bridge. The room was quite new and clean, and I felt it was better than the other Kempinski across the road.

Car rental was convenient; Thrifty was visible right after crossing the connecting bridge.

Hotel is at a great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not get the Burj view room as I was travelling alone and the balcony was slightly noisy as it's facing the other side expressway. Luckily the windows were good and was able to block off all the noise from traffic.

The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Dubai Mall. However, the soundproofing is extremely poor. We stayed on the 10th floor of a 13-story hotel, and even then, we could hear countless sports cars roaring outside late into the night. Additionally, the cleanliness was subpar; the slippers were dirty right out of the package. I probably wouldn't particularly recommend it if you're looking to stay near the Burj Khalifa, as the value for money isn't great.

The location of Kempinski Boulevard Dubai is excellent—right in the heart of Downtown and very convenient for getting around. The staff are truly wonderful: friendly, professional, and consistently attentive. Service throughout the hotel was great, and cleanliness was also very well maintained.

That said, the rooms feel quite dated and are in need of renovation. While they are clean, the furnishings and overall condition do not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel, especially given the price point. For what is being charged, the rooms should be more modern and better maintained.

Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with fantastic staff and location, but room upgrades would significantly improve the experience and better justify the 5-star rating.

Very close to Dubai Mall and fairly close to the metro station, making it super convenient for getting around. The hygiene was great, very clean, and the staff were really enthusiastic. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied! Plus, you can see the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall from the balcony.

My stay was exceptional, I enjoyed how everyone was so nice and paid attention to detail. The facilities were very clean and staff made it a very big priority to address concerns raised. The people at the door and the man who assists with the bag are very kind and made sure to always have friendly conversations with us .
