Hospitality 10/10
I spent 2 nights and 3 days at the St. Regis, and from the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special — always helpful, attentive, and professional.
What truly touched me was the surprise that greeted me when I got to my room: a beautiful birthday cake and balloons waiting for me! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday month feel even more special.
From start to finish, everything was seamless and luxurious. I would absolutely stay with them again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for elegance, comfort, and world-class service. 💫
