Absolutely awful!
Dirty, old, smelly housing with no soundproofing.
For 13,000, they're just being cheeky!! The area is rubbish. There's a highway nearby.
Honestly, Dubai has gone completely nuts.

Excellent! The location is convenient, close to the mall, making shopping easy. The kitchen is also good, suitable for family trips where you can cook your own meals. I highly recommend it!
