Either for staycation or living the name matched entirely with Hotel’s name offering fast lifts spacious installations starting from the reception until the rooftop.
Rooms are properly designed comfortably the view from the balcony is marvelous the TV’s are up to date kitchen has all the necessary even the slots for connecting are well located.
Even when you have a delivery you’d receive may bags they will be around!
Just few things with the cleaning staff that would always rush superficially doing their ask and not minding details in advance
The guy from the morning in reception it’s not very accurate due to his difficult language and lack of people skills as doesn’t listen properly when reaching out
Shockingly, at checkout they accused me of “carpet stains” and deducted a huge amount from my security deposit. This was never communicated earlier and feels like an excuse to withhold money.
Very disappointing and stressful experience. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re planning a long stay.
The staff are polite, welcoming, and always ready to help — from the reception to the housekeeping team, everyone is professional and attentive. The location is also very convenient, close to the Metro and many restaurants and services around Barsha Heights.
The atmosphere is quiet and family-friendly, with good facilities like a pool, gym, and secure parking. Overall, it’s a hotel apartment that truly makes you feel at home.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Dubai. 🌟
