Wonderful hotel! It's located just a 5-minute walk from the Dubai Internet City Metro Station. You can reach Dubai Marina by taking the metro two stops to DMCC station, and then it's a pleasant 7-minute walk to JBR beach without needing to transfer to a tram. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to JBR beach, Mall of the Emirates, and other locations, including a shuttle to Solana beach. There are many shops and cafes near the hotel, as well as a currency exchange with favorable rates next to Carrefour. On the way to the metro and around the hotel, there's a lovely, well-maintained park with blooming trees. The panoramic window and balcony in the room offer excellent city views. The hotel breakfasts are very diverse, with lots of fruit, and the coffee is of excellent quality!

I would just like to take a moment to share how amazing our stay was in this hotel. We only stayed a few nights but it was truly memorable. What the hotel lacked in facilities, they made up for the service standard. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were quickly assisted by Emmanueal for our luggages. Check-in was smoothly handled by Halim. Room was a good size with complete amenities. Whatever I needed was swiftly provided. We were really grateful for Mourad, the gentleman who suggested for us to go to this private beach at Soluna Beach which was just an incredible experience and something to really experience if anyone will stay in Dubai as it was not too busy and had a great scenery especially since it’s not too hot anymore. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job whenever we would leave our room as we can always count on them to make the room pristine as if we just checked-in because everything is neatly arranged and stocked well. I feel bad not remembering the housekeeping staff that kept our room neat and tidy but I will definitely take note of it next time as this trip cannot be a once in a lifetime stay with how much we were pampered. My checkout was done swiftly by Shivam and I can definitely say it was a bittersweet ending to what I have encountered the past few days. Already looking forward to my next stay in this hotel. Area just encounters a bit of traffic going in and out of the hotel but still an amazing stay overall.

Room
Really bad water pressure in the shower. Bad ventilation in bathroom, could see mold in the ceiling. Beds were hard and we did not sleep well.

Service
We arrived the hotel early, and although the room was ready they charged almost a full extra night for us to get in a few hours earlier. Service was ok for the most part other than that.

Facilities
Pool was small, and there was not many sunbeds. Gym was small. We thought the beach club was included, and it was not. You only get transportation, every thing else you have to pay for.

Also there was way to few elevators compared to the amount of people staying at the hotel. You could risk waiting a good 10 minutes for an elevator to stop at your floor in the morning.

Placement
Not much to see in the area, not too many restaurants near by. We took a taxi to the city center every day, and it took about 15 minutes.

I stayed for 3 nights, right in Christmas time. There are some things in the room that should be replaced, as well as in the bathroom, but overall everything was very good. The room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. All the staff are very kind and eager to help. Thank you for the Christmas gift, I truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. It is also very close to the metro station, so getting around is easy. Well done!

Fantastic hotel, within walking distance of most amenities in Barsha heights and great customer service. We booked a hotel room last minute and were very pleased with it.

During our stay, we had an issue with the car rental company, which was not related to the hotel itself.
The hotel team immediately stepped in, supported us and did everything possible to make sure we did not suffer any inconvenience because of this situation. For that, we are truly very grateful.

The entire team is extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, we felt well taken care of at all times.

Cleanliness in the hotel and the room was very good.
The breakfast was good as well; the selection could be a bit wider, but overall it was absolutely fine.

The location of the hotel is very good in our opinion.
One small downside in the room was that the windows cannot be opened even a half-opening option would be helpful for better ventilation.
Nevertheless, the room was beautiful, modern, and very clean.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
