In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Dubai’s Marina area. The location is fantastic, and the staff and services are truly exceptional. Every member of the team went above and beyond to be helpful – if you asked for directions within the hotel, they would personally escort you to your destination, ensuring you were never left feeling lost!
The breakfast at Sloane’s was outstanding, setting the tone for each morning. Upon arrival in our room, we noticed some construction noise from outside. After mentioning this to guest services, I was quickly connected with the duty manager, Thea Issa, who handled the situation brilliantly. In fact, she is the primary reason I’m writing this review – it’s rare to encounter such attentive and considerate service, and staff like Thea truly deserve recognition.
Having travelled to many destinations and stayed in countless hotels, this is one of the few occasions where I felt compelled to share my experience. Highly recommended!
