Very good service, nice spacious rooms, nice loby, gym is excellent also.
Breakfast was very good, with excellent service.
The pool is pretty basic for those looking for swimming, its pretty shallow in most areas, still the pool area is nice.
Vallet parking is superb and it was included in the hotel service.
We had a birthday for a kid and they sent us a cake as a surprise. Appreciated the move.
Location depends on what your looking, you need to drive everywhere, you are not on the center or a walk distance from things, but for sure this isn't a bad thing just to know how to handle things.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend Paramount Dubai and sincerely thank the team, especially Sarah and Bijay, for making our visit unforgettable.
The price and breakfast are the only positive things
• The pool shower was broken, leaking water everywhere and there was no hot water at all
• The glasses in the room were not clean, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel
• And the worst part of my stay:
Why do I, as a hotel guest, have to get my valet ticket stamped just to receive my own car?
I had to wait in a long line with other guests just for a stamp!
Because of this unnecessary process, I was late to my appointment.
Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
A beautiful hotel should be matched with professional service and smooth procedures.
A 5 star hotel with dirty and smelly rooms. I would highly not recommend this place if you are travelling with a family.
