They have a very nice restaurant. The borscht was excellent. Our cottage was ok. When we arrived, the bathroom smelled musty; soon, the entry room and bathroom smelled of sewage. Breakfast was good, but not great.

I would like to rate the overall property in general 4 out of 5... Accommodations were spacious but it feels empty like something is missing in design to make it more cozy and comfortable for those two floors. Hotel is very clean, even extremely clean. I arrived early and staff was very helpful to get me the room. Airport transfer available by order. Breakfast court at 3rd floor. Food is very nice. There is restaurant on the hotel territory where you can try Georgian 🇬🇪 and Ukrainian 🇺🇦 cuisine. Prices not cheap but affordable. In the menu also shisha.

A good place for a weekend break, conferences or other quick stays. Rooms are comfortable but no coffee/tea amenities. Beautiful garden in the summer. Hotel breakfast is really poor, especially during the pandemic. Embarrassing even for a 4* hotel - very cheap & low quality products. Very nice hotel in the beautiful city of Chernigiv. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with amenities. Lighting and decor created a pleasant, modern ambiance. What an amazing place, what else should I say? Here you can find peace you can chill in their beautiful open space spa, while your children can play and swim in the river. The restaurant is so beautiul, you can eat in your private gazebo! I highly recommend this place, the staff is so nice as well!

We had a pleasant stay here while travelling through the town of Sarni. Clean and large rooms, helpful staff, nice garden. Good location, about 2 hours from the polish border. All in all great value. Can recomend and will visit again.

Fresh and nice road hotel with everything you may need including toothpaste and brushes. Breakfast is a la carte so we skipped it due to time limitation. It was quiet in the room regardless party at the restaurant and traffic.

No air conditioning available at the first floor at villas. Cracks in the wall, kitchen stove works not so good, bath robes only XS, or S sizes, no drink water available, no mosquitoes control at all, shower cabinets sliding doors are not adjusted allowing leak.

Polite personnel. Small territory with almost no trees. Poor infrastructure. Rooms are ok, but plumbing quite old. Sandy beach is right near the hotel. Many motor boats are too close to the swimming area.

Bathroom could have been cleaned better and a mould spot removed from the ceiling. Shower limited hot water capacity in the evening. Wonderful recreation center! The staff and administrator Dima are just great! We settled in very quickly! Special thanks to the maids Valentina and Natalya, wet cleaning was done every day, this is important. We had a 10 month old child with us... all the staff were friendly. An excellent base for a family vacation. Vacationing with children, everyone liked it. The territory is well-groomed, a lot of green spaces. Children's area for different tastes. I liked very much that there is a separate smoking area (we are a non-smoking family). The beach is clean, you can see that they are constantly cleaning. Spent few days at the cottage with family. Was great!!! The room service starts working around 10am and you can grill your food. The rooms are not bad at all, a bed with tv and fridge. The shower has hot water and they give stuff like in hotel rooms. You have 2 kids playground which is great a secure.

The view is perfect. All three stars comes from the view itself. The hotel itself was below average. A bed with a lot of noise, looks like from 1980s. Really poor breakfast, inexperienced waitresses, low quality desserts. Imagine this place as a viewpoint. Do not expect much from the hotel itself.

2 stars for the view. We stopped in and ate at the restaurant on the way back from Lake Synevyr. It seemed like a nice place, but the restaurant sucked, even by Ukrainian standards. Was served a piece of pork that was nearly all fat and bone. The waitress acted as if she could care less about working. The view was nice, but obscured by smog and pollution. Best to pack a picnic for Ukie road trips

Nice and picturesque country place. Clean big lake with bech around a small wood houses. This special sport center - footbal feald, tennis courts, whaterpool and gym. Water sport base for wakeboarding - is the most interesting pecularity of the lake. Worth to spend a couple summer days.
