Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian. Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed. WOW!!!

I was only one night on a business trip in Odessa. Receptionist friendly, room ok, very loud, was not on the sea side, then opposite of a construction area of the next hotel. Breakfast limited. Beautiful. High-quality. Comfortable. A pleasant stay. Pricey, but worth it. Three types of saunas. Small, but well-done. The couples massage room is superb! The massage tables are very comfortable, heated—perfect for winter. The argan oil massage is superb. The masseuses are great.

We went to the spa. You don't need to be a guest to go. The presentation was nice. I enjoyed my massage my fiancé did not. For the price it wasn't bad but they ask if you want tea afterwards. Then forget to tell you that they will charge you for it. I asked for water and a person showed me faucet. I wouldn't go back.
