I had a rest with the team in "Romantik Spa Hotel", from December 25-27. During the whole stay in the hotel, except for positive emotions and delight there were no other impressions

Because of all inclusive, the price has been significantly raised. I used to vacation here every year. Now I will think about it, since it will be cheaper to fly somewhere to the sea

But the all inclusive system is unnecessary here, this is not Turkey and people do not sit in the hotel, but after breakfast they go skiing for the whole day

Thanks to the entertainment for children, my husband and I could calmly go to the sauna, get a massage. Not far from the hotel there is the Pribiy waterfall and the Dovbush Path

THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL IS WONDERFUL!!! The food is varied and very tasty! I was pleasantly surprised by the barbecue area - this is the highlight of the hotel

The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the menu has a wide selection. And even at your request they can cook something not from the menu - it was really impressive. A picturesque view opens from the terrace

Perfect place to relax 💆‍♀️ ➖ Few sockets in the rooms (in the 3rd room there were only 2 sockets, one of them in the bathroom). Of the toiletries, only toilet paper, soap & shampoo (1 pc per guest), no hair dryer

I was with a friend at the beginning of May 2019. The hotel is cozy, homely atmosphere, delicious cuisine - the hostess cooks very tasty (I especially liked cheesecakes for breakfast!) Rooms for different tastes

The hotel itself is decent, I slept very sweetly. There are gazebos in the yard, access to the river. For the undemanding - quite a normal place. Those who look for flaws in everything - you should go further.

On the top floor in the Carpathian style - everything is made of wood, spacious, warm, comfortable. What is very important - the hosts are friendly and caring. Thank you! We will definitely return

perhaps the prices in the Japanese restaurant on the first floor. It's hard to surprise a resident of Israel with prices. Even Switzerland and Norway can't beat us

Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. I will return to this great hotel

Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel

Wonderful place! A hotel with a capital letter, just as it should be! There is a great spa area with a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, I take my child there, he is very happy! The Christmas tree this year is wonderful! Happy New Year to all!

However, this is probably the only 5 star hotel I ever been to that doesnt have on iron in every room. I had to call to room service and they told me there were only ONE iron in the whole hotel - and this was lost

Then she comes and tells that you cant take this table - this happened almost every time. Quite rude and not at all on the level expected from a hotel of this level

Great location near Gulliver shopping center and Sports Palace metro station. Within walking distance are many cafes, restaurants, hookahs, Arena, Bessarabka, Khreshchatyk. I think this place is one of the coolest places

From the 21st floor there was quite a good view of the city, at night it was especially beautiful. For the price, this is a very good place to stay. The only thing I can say is that it's a bit stuffy in the room

The hotel is located 7-10 minutes walk from Khreshchatyk, adjacent to the task of the Gulliver shopping center, which has a 24-hour market if you suddenly need it and many shops

A small wish and recommendation to the staff is to remove the musical accompaniment of the pouring bucket after the steam room. After EVERY turning over, the “Apostle Andrew” of Nautilus turns on

Staff was great: Sofia ast front desk especially outgoing. Only caveat is that they have some facade damage as a result of an air intercept, but that didn't impact the functioning of the hotel from my perspective

I've stayed in 2023, 2024 and 2025 for a week each time and was never bothered by air alerts etc. ProTip for Quiet: Stay in a low floor on the atrium side (even numbered rooms)

While the location is a few minutes from the Maidan Square, I liked the restaurants and shops in the neighbrohood. Breakfast was a full English breakfast made to order for equivalent of $13 USD

A beautiful hotel in the city center (even with its history), one of the best hotels I have ever visited, breathtaking views of the city from the upper floors (SPA), comfortable luxury rooms, underground parking.

Everything for our stay was excellent from the cleanliness of the room to the fantastic breakfast buffet. The staff spoke English and made it very easy to communicate as I do not speak Russian

Prior to booking my stay I read a lot of the reviews and I have to say they are spot on. If you book your stay at Kharkiv Palace and add breakfast, you will not be disappointed

We stayed at this hotel for my birthday and a few more days) they upgraded our room for free and for my birthday I received a gift for the room in the form of champagne and a cake) They always cleaned on time, everything was clean and tidy

I was on business event in this hotel on June 7. It is called "Christina Beauty Summit". We had same event last year and were impressed with level of service and client orientation. And I hope to come back next year too

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! 1. Next to a bank, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. (They also have WESTERN UNION open for 24 hours. The staff are very well mannered

The heating system is awesome and the AC is great also. You can also visit the botanical gardens near by the hotel if you want to do some meditation!

Everything has a carpet and old Soviet TVs and Music players and stuff, but overall it's a fine cheap place to stay.

It's in better shape than most soviet hotels in Russia. I went for the un air conditioned room in December because i like to sleep in a cold room. The bed was soft, the pillows were awsome, and the douvet was super warm

In the room itself I was not, but was in a conference room. But if there is a lot of people, air conditioners can not cope with its task. I heard the waiters and bartenders spoke English with the guests of the restaurant

Starting with checkin which was 3 hrs late and one of the rooms was still not ready and front desk staff didn’t seem empowered to do anything like upgrade etc or even offer water or something while we waited until I pressed them on it and they switched floors for one of the rooms

Cool hotel, with good rooms and SPA (which is included in the room price). Breakfasts are delicious with a good choice and delicious filter coffee. Standard room is not very spacious, but quite comfortable

Update --- Stayed here again in May 2021 for a few days. Everything was excellent, service improved or at least seemed to be better. Came back and stayed again in August 2021, amazing experience

You'll find English menu, the staff speaks English. Hotel situated opposite the oldest park in Chernivtsi, which date back 1830 based on forest. The minus - not so many places to go nearby

A real hotel, worthy of 4 stars. I definitely recommend it. The room has all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is beyond praise, champagne and parmesan add a special chic to the atmosphere.

We stayed in a junior suite, the renovation is not the freshest, but the room itself is large, spacious and clean, two separate sleeping areas, good furniture, clean linen and robes, there is everything you need, including hygiene kits, but we were especially pleased with the restaurant, its design and the cuisine itself, quite varied and everything is very tasty!
