Breakfast was tasty and was served in a dining room with large windows which allowed the sunlight to create a pleasant atmosphere. The heat didn't seem to work well in the room, and the towel rack was faulty

We also took advantage of a special offer until June 1st and received a complimentary hotel room, well-renovated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, as well as a complimentary breakfast the next morning

The staff was very accommodating and assisted us in reserving one of their largest rooms for our young family of 6. The room was very comfortable and well laid out and included a small balcony

All the food was delicious (according to us and our guests), and they brought out everything in full, unlike some restaurants where only half of what was ordered arrives

Everything was brought out according to the previously agreed-upon timing. Therefore, we are also pleased with the service. The air conditioning works perfectly

My friends really liked the hotel. It's close to a park and the Dnieper River. They chose it because it was quiet and there was plenty of room to walk. They praised the food and the cleanliness of the room

So far so good. Clean hotel with pretty big rooms. Breakfasts could be bit more varied. It's close to many restaurants and as a hotel is near to a river, there is a lot of places you can take a walk or run.

They were also happy with the customer service. I agree about the service, and I've had a good experience with the hotel reception. I can also say that their coffee is good

A luxurious hotel that provides a sense of security, comfort and a high level of service. Delicious food, extremely attentive staff and a bomb shelter that you want to go down to when necessary.

The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee

Old but restored Soviet building. Rooms are clean and have high ceilings and parquet flooring, this is adding authentic feeling. WiFi is free but terribly slow. It's quite close to Kiev airport which is nice

Small rooms with cheap, uncomfortable beds. Friendly personal and boring breakfast. Nothing special but compared to other places nearby it is a real gem.

Our stays were generally comfortable, but I wish the carpet and the sofa in our room were cleaner, and the walls were thicker for better noise insulation

Old-fashioned rooms with the creaky wooden floor and outdated furniture. The hotel provides a parking place in the yard

Very nice and very clean hotel! Staff is excellent and very friendly. Amazing kitchen, great burgers. Not in the best area of Kiev, but worth better than some dirty hotel in the nice area.

Hotel's room are very clean and modern. I have suffered from shower water, it was coming low. Could not take shower properly. Location & price balanced.

Nice place to spend one night during business trip. Serves tasty Ukrainian food. Serves room for conference conducting. Room includes compact fridge, electrical kettle.

Stayed here in July 2025 and it was my first night in ukraine. The lady at reception was amazing and the rooms were clean. Hope to come back 🫡🇺🇦🇬🇧

Not far from the underground. A convenient bathroom, we met friendly manager. As for cons, we had to ask for cleaning after two nights of staying, the electric lock could work with issues, a little bit dusty.

Walls are a bit thin. Not soundproof. We can hear the TV from guest next door. Make sure you bring earplugs! And hope that the guests next door to you don't watch TV all night with loud volumes!

For one thing, TV was specified as the LCD, and in fact a normal CRT and LCD televisions made in the form of wall shelves with kitchenware and a bottle of water 0

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests

The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it

The staff is kind and professional, check in procedure was amazingly quick and uncomplicated, without any papers to fill in. I recommend for breakfast to visit Khlebnyy café and bakery just around the corner

Secondly, the design of the hotel itself (corridors) and the room (at least where we stayed) were marvelous! Our room was clean and beautifully decorated with flowers painted on concrete

The lighting created a cozy atmosphere and all the little details contributed to it. Additionally, a pleasant morning bonus is a capsule coffee machine in the room

I was rescued with an early check in after an overnight flight at no additional fee. Some amenities intl travelers may expect are lacking (no fridge in from) but the renovations are top notch

The shower here was better than any I had in "first world" 4 star hotels in Seoul, USA, Paris, etc. Recommended little gem at a very affordable price

The staff works hard to keep the place clean and the guests comfortable... clean neat rooms, comfortable beds...

The location is 10-15min by walking to center. There is no fridge but the hotel has kitchen so you can use from there. There is no wifi . The stuff cant speak english well but they are nice and kind.

The location here is perfect - on an even distance from the heart of the city and the old historic centre Zoloti Vorota. The rooms are cute and clean, but the bed could be more comfortable

Nice B&B if you're visiting with friends. Some rooms have private bathrooms others don't. Well located to walk into the city. ATM is directly on the street. All Okay!

Best place to celebrate wedding

The bathroom in our room was a very bright red which gave it a porn like vibe. Also I think a lot of people use this place to take their mistresses to, but it's still a good place to stay

A small boutique kind of hotel. The wi fi signal isn't really great in the rooms, but in Ukraine you can get a pre-pay card with unlimited internet for a month for like 2 euros

We read the reviews and asked for heat. The temperature was 92-94 for three hours. Clean and the service was fast. The pool table was awkwardly positioned. And the downside was that leaves were appearing in the pool

The hotel is situated between two streets, and then machine out the window won't bother, especially since I had a rest on the second floor. The girls at the reception are very polite, always prompt and help

Friends have been enjoying the bathhouse for years, and everything was fine. We also enjoyed the bathhouse today. But the female staff member ruined all the good times

The rooms are similar in feelings and on top of that you can feel like a real lord or lady of the castle when they serve your breakfast in your own room! The hotel has a sauna and a pool too and they provide you with a robeand a pair of slippers

Amenities also include an amazing swimming pool, Jacuzzi tub and even two saunas

Really nice place to stay ! Breakfast is excellent and very diverse. Swimming in the morning is perfect. Hospitality is 100% in this place. Bar and restaurant are fine with nice outside streetview

A well equipped theme hotel with medieval artifacts all over the corridors. With kids it is a heaven, because you can touch eveyithing, even the armor, witch is usually not allowed in museums

The reception area is in the basement so staying there during an alarm was a nice and safe option. Plus the nearby supermarket and metrostation are both just minutes away

Obviously a very unique and quirky place. But genuinely a very nice and cozy place. The reception workers were very kind and were happy to speak English

Service and content corresponds to 3 stars. Just 2 pools (children, adults) and sunbeds. Bar with drinks and hookah, pop music, cheerful, playing loudly

Open swimming pool,a great alternative to the river or lake which is full of Bazil in this heat,35 degrees now. not cheap but not more expensive than usual. I recommend,as a replacement for conventional river

We rented a gazebo, you can bring your own food and drinks there. It's clean and cozy, there's a barbecue nearby. You can also use the pool, it's not very big, so there were too many people during the day

But the water is a comfortable temperature. There's a small children's pool with warmer water

Rooms and swimming pools are good for holiday.

We spent the weekend with our family in this complex - the atmosphere is simply incredible! You can really relax and recharge here. Since we needed hryvnia for the calculation, we had to exchange currency

So if you dont want to be in the city center and just have to work and go, this might be the best choice for you. The rooms and bathroom are refurbished. The hotel restaurant is very good, you will enjoy a good breakfast

At the weekend we rested at the Sadochok Hotel We were given several rooms to choose from. The room has everything you need - a microwave oven, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, utensils necessary for eating

After arriving and quickly checking in, we rested in the gazebo! The hotel has everything you need, and what was a pleasant surprise was its own parking! Thank you again for the cozy atmosphere!
