Helpful staff, central location, lots of history. I had an excellent stay recently at Premier Palace Hotel. Likely the oldest on the city. Has been very updated. The concierge will help with Chernobyl Tours. Great all around stay. I will return to this great hotel

The hotel and it`s service have seen better days. Everything in the hotel is decent except the price. The location is good, very close to the Taras Shevchenko Park. Breakfast is merely ok and the service can be good or bad. Stayed here twice, once before full scale invasion and once during.

A very impressive hotel. Stayed here for a few nights with my husband. The room was great and big and had everything we needed. Reception staff were very efficient and polite. Had a few lovely meals in the hotel. The decor is great and the entrance hall is lovely.

Great 5-star hotel, although the standard is not fully met in some aspects. The breakfast, for example, is not very varied, although it is well-stocked. The central location is excellent, making the use of public transportation unnecessary for visiting the city. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comforts.

My first time back at the Fairmont for more than 2 years. Not many people staying in the hotel for obvious reasons. It was nice to see familiar faces among the staff. Service was excellent as normal. Hope to return sometime sonner than another two years.

Absolutely lovely boutique hotel with an amazing view and amenities. I loved the heated floor in bathrooms and all the stylings. The bed can be a bit more comfy and more TV channels (Russian/English) would be great. Customer Service is amazing from the point you walk in and the breakfast is quite good. Highly recommend it!

Elegant decor and comfortable well designed rooms. The service is truly 5 star on an international scale and far exceeds the service offered by the Intercontinental and the Hyatt in Kyiv. The reception team seem to be able to solve every issue including retrieving a credit card that had been swallowed up a nearby ATM!

Great location. Top Level management. Everyone works hard to make sure guests are listened to and heard. Very polite and charming staff. Zero complaints. For me, it's absolutely perfect. I enjoyed staying in monotel celebrating my 33th birthday...the view on church is amazing, sleeping in capsula is exotic experience, I liked talking to the receptionist who is super chilled and kind...hope to come back some other time ;) highly recommended!

The rooms are a bit dated, but where the Opera shines is in service. The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee.

I had a very nice stay. All the facilities are very nice and modern, rooms had everything you could need (and I was given a room with great view of St Michael's Cathedral), and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good but cost a pricey 25 eur. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Very efficient service, nice clean rooms, decent gym and good bar/room service menu. I believe that it’s the best hotel in Kiev. My only two complaints were that during this stay they put me in a standard room instead of a deluxe, but this did get sorted out. The upstairs bar was closed and the gym was only open for certain hours for the first week apparently due to some sheikh staying at the hotel...

My stay at the apartment was absolutely great, I will certainly accommodate there once I’ll be back in Kiev. The location is amazing and I can’t think of any better. The communication with Irina was smooth and effective, plus we have been suggested many different places to explore Kiev which we would have not found out otherwise The staff cleaned the apartment every day
