Highest level in budget price. COMFORTABLE bed, soft towels, clean, 24h/7days reception, ...and I will probably get invoice/faktura if I want to which is not easy in Ukraine to get.

It is a small one level hotel. Close where I needed to be, bathroom smelt like old smoke and urine and the bed was very creaky and mattress was worn out . It was easy to find under a large mural. It is about 600m from the main rail station.

Stayed here for a night with wife. The hotel is nice, staff are very good people. The room was Japanese some sort of Suite or something... all too well, a Jacuzzi really only tap water was flowing, and all the other "show off" Jacuzzi was not working. Also, the night I caught a cockroach. Was tempted by the Breakfast in the room. Better side eat Breakfast in a cafe. There is nothing bad or special...

Location is little away from the centre but there is connecting transportation available.Easily accessible location.Hostel is comfortable with dormitory, private rooms, capsule,common area,kitchen, separate smoking point, laundry service and food service.You can order tasty food at the reception.Staff speak English.Daily cleaning is also there.Good place for budget travelers.

Have to give it a five star rating as they were very good to me I lost my travel card and credit card and they let me stay until I got some money sent out which took 4 days to get it sorted, staff were very nice and it's a pity the restaurant and bar were closed but there was plenty of places to eat and drink, it was not a problem for me as I had no money thank you

The location is 10-15min by walking to center. There is no fridge but the hotel has kitchen so you can use from there. There is no wifi . The stuff cant speak english well but they are nice and kind.

The staff works hard to keep the place clean and the guests comfortable... clean neat rooms, comfortable beds...

The location here is perfect - on an even distance from the heart of the city and the old historic centre Zoloti Vorota. The rooms are cute and clean, but the bed could be more comfortable. Note: the bed is creaky as hell :))))

Nice B&B if you're visiting with friends. Some rooms have private bathrooms others don't. Well located to walk into the city. ATM is directly on the street. All Okay!

I liked my stay here. It was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. Only wish my room besides having private shower had also private toilet.

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. A cheap address in Kiev with good value for the price. A bit noisy though as the room are not well insulated.

For us it was not a conference room but a room with four beds. Very free, the room has a TV with a diagonal of about 25 inches and a refrigerator. Clean, fresh bed linen, soft mattresses nice to sleep, but in turn, the mattress cover is not so hot. The ceilings are high, but the hoods have not been cleaned; dust weighs. Just to respect the administration and the work of the cleaners, I don't post photos...

I had the best experience. Nearby lake access is the selling point of this hotel. Very reasonable prices. Whenever I am in Kiev, it will be my choice for a long long time.

We just spent the night. Considering that there was no shower or toilet in the room, I give only three stars, everything else is fine.

Very safe and comfortable atmosphere, not only facility, but also city district around the hotel. Breakfast is fulfilled. You can order hot meals and coffee from the menu (it is included in room fare). Shower room is clean and water is enough hot. Free Wifi is available.

The cleanliness is ok, but the staff in the corridors yells like they're at a train station.

Wonderful and friendly service, very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Parking is available at the hotel, which is a huge convenience. I slept very well there – despite being located on a busy street, the room was quiet. Nice baroque style :)

This beautiful resort is close to the airport which makes it much easier getting to the airport in the morning. The food was very delicious. The rooms are very plush. If you want to spoil yourself a little before leaving, this is the place to stay!

This hotel is located in a typical East-European apartment block with Soviet charm. The reception is a little desk with a PC in the 2nd floor. There is also no breakfast room, breakfast will be served in the room. The rooms are very small but have everything you need. A budget hotel really worth to stay. It is small estate right in the downtown. It is a courtyard thus it is very quiet. Staff very kind. Quality of bed bathroom and furniture is amazing given the price. Much better then the Susan 'soviet hotel' part of Kiev landscape with depressing environment.

The staff was very nice and helpful. To communicate in English we used google translate. They kept my bag all day without any problems. The room was nice and spacious, it had a nice window and the bathroom had a bathtub. The room was clean, there was free coffee and tea. There are several shops in the area and the metro station is not far away. The room with the double bed had a comfortable bed.

We read the reviews and asked for heat. The temperature was 92-94 for three hours. When we left, it was 82. Clean and the service was fast. The pool table was awkwardly positioned. Obviously a very unique and quirky place. But genuinely a very nice and cozy place. The reception workers were very kind and were happy to speak English. The reception area is in the basement so staying there during an alarm was a nice and safe option. Plus the nearby supermarket and metrostation are both just minutes away.

A well equipped theme hotel with medieval artifacts all over the corridors. With kids it is a heaven, because you can touch eveyithing, even the armor, witch is usually not allowed in museums. Very friendly and accomodating staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. This is a theme hotel representative of Arthurian legends. There are swords, knights in armor, fountains, battle flags, etc... Amenities also include an amazing swimming pool, Jacuzzi tub and even two saunas.

Good Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises.

Great place It was (is) great. They were very helpful during the russian missile strikes by providing a shelter close by. The staff speak some english but will always use a translation app to communicate. The hotels restaurant is very upscale but very affordable. You can get a wonderful meal for less than 10 dollars(canadian)

I love this hotel because it has a good atmosphere, well placed if you get by a taxi and don't rush, and very generous! I'm stopping by most of the time in Kiev, and it's the best price/value for years there, traveling more than 5 years and absolutely great every single stay, so totally recommend it.

We spent the weekend with our family in this complex - the atmosphere is simply incredible! You can really relax and recharge here. Since we needed hryvnia for the calculation, we had to exchange currency. I did it in the Fozzi hypermarket, in the new currency exchange point. Very satisfied, convenient location, friendly staff, fast, no queues and the exchange rate was pleasantly pleasing.

We celebrated a birthday. We rented a gazebo, you can bring your own food and drinks there. It's clean and cozy, there's a barbecue nearby. You can also use the pool, it's not very big, so there were too many people during the day. But the water is a comfortable temperature. There's a small children's pool with warmer water. Overall, I recommend it.

Service and content corresponds to 3 stars. Just 2 pools (children, adults) and sunbeds. Bar with drinks and hookah, pop music, cheerful, playing loudly. The food in the restaurant is normal, you can eat, you can order for children. There is a broth and more interesting. Prices are small, in comparison with all similar places, but the complex is old. Rooms and swimming pools are good for holiday.

Open swimming pool,a great alternative to the river or lake which is full of Bazil in this heat,35 degrees now.Yes worth the money.but bezopasno and comfortable.est bar.not cheap but not more expensive than usual.I recommend,as a replacement for conventional river.

The hotel is wonderful. A friendly administrator meets from the doorway, there is an elevator. The hotel has a grocery store and a restaurant. The room is very clean, aired in advance.
