Very nice, quite and clean hotel. Without a restaurant, though, but there are many places for breakfast and dinner in vicinity. . The staff is kind and professional, check in procedure was amazingly quick and uncomplicated, without any papers to fill in. I recommend for breakfast to visit Khlebnyy café and bakery just around the corner.

Cozy complex on the banks of the Dnieper. Small but clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need. It is convenient to travel by car: there is parking for guests. The complex has its own private beach, an open-air restaurant, an ordinary restaurant and a large area. Prices in the complex are above average. But the picturesque place makes you forget about it. A budget hotel really worth to stay. It is small estate right in the downtown. It is a courtyard thus it is very quiet. Staff very kind. Quality of bed bathroom and furniture is amazing given the price. Much better then the Susan 'soviet hotel' part of Kiev landscape with depressing environment.

The staff was very nice and helpful. To communicate in English we used google translate. They kept my bag all day without any problems. The room was nice and spacious, it had a nice window and the bathroom had a bathtub. The room was clean, there was free coffee and tea. I love this hotel because it has a good atmosphere, well placed if you get by a taxi and don't rush, and very generous! I'm stopping by most of the time in Kiev, and it's the best price/value for years there, traveling more than 5 years and absolutely great every single stay, so totally recommend it.

Pretty good and confrontable hotel is not very big but cozy territory and tasty cuisine. There a lot of rooms in the big building and 10 small houses. This hotel is placed ~20 miles from Kyiv in the middle of forest near by Kyiv water reservoir (which is so big that locals name it Kyiv sea). So there a lot of fresh air and the you could make your daily workout on nature, or running through the forest

It's nice but the single beds are not comfortable and although the staff are really nice it's not really set up for English speaking visitors.
