I appreciate all the staff of the hotel for making my mom's staying there comfortable and safe. Thanks for prompt answers to my multiple emails and requests! Day and night!The only thing she couldn't cope with the TV, but it's ok.

My friends really liked the hotel. It's close to a park and the Dnieper River. They chose it because it was quiet and there was plenty of room to walk. They praised the food and the cleanliness of the room. They were also happy with the customer service. I agree about the service, and I've had a good experience with the hotel reception. I can also say that their coffee is good.

Great location, clean old fashion rooms, but poor and overpriced breakfast for that kind of assortment and quality of products. The same price or cheaper for really tasty breakfasts in nearby restaurants especially the mornings after weddings.

The rooms are a bit dated, but where the Opera shines is in service. The breakfast team is absolutely fabulous and go out of their way to prepare whatever you may desire (their Opera poached eggs are exceptional) and they make great coffee.

Bontiak is my favorite hotel in Ukraine. I have stayed there numerous times since 2022. The staff is excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. It is also one of the most well protected hotels in the city.

Old-fashioned rooms with the creaky wooden floor and outdated furniture. The hotel provides a parking place in the yard. Our stays were generally comfortable, but I wish the carpet and the sofa in our room were cleaner, and the walls were thicker for better noise insulation.

Hotel is ok for a short visit. Old but restored Soviet building. Rooms are clean and have high ceilings and parquet flooring, this is adding authentic feeling.. Cafe is not great. WiFi is free but terribly slow. It's quite close to Kiev airport which is nice.

Hotel is very clean, even extremely clean. I arrived early and staff was very helpful to get me the room. Airport transfer available by order. Breakfast court at 3rd floor. Food is very nice. There is restaurant on the hotel territory where you can try Georgian 🇬🇪 and Ukrainian 🇺🇦 cuisine. Prices not cheap but affordable. In the menu also shisha.

A good place for a weekend break, conferences or other quick stays. Rooms are comfortable but no coffee/tea amenities. Beautiful garden in the summer. Hotel breakfast is really poor, especially during the pandemic. Embarrassing even for a 4* hotel - very cheap & low quality products. Strange place. From one pov it’s quite nice calm and green but then someone could rent a central building and make a party with a loud music till the very night. And also you might hear racing cars driving not so far from the place. Doubly think it suppose to be called “dendra”. Huge price for VIP house but not very good experience. Also, quite expensive restaurant.

I liked the location. It's a quiet country complex, despite being right on the highway. The grounds aren't large, but you can spend a pleasant time in the stylish gazebo. Prices are above average.

The good points about staying at the hotel are the central location, the room styles, the friendly and English speaking staff but the bad points are the noise as you'd hear people in the morning when they're opening or closing their doors since the rooms require old style keys instead of new digital ones + the rooms are not dark enough as they lack draping and extra curtain layers to make the room...

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Very close to everything. The staff were very friendly and attentive. All staff spoke good English. I would highly recommend Hotel Gintama if you want a quiet hotel with old world charm.

Small boutique hotel in the centre of town, suitable for single and doubles races, travel, etc. Nearby - metro offices at the hem, plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Great restaurant! Menu is excellent. Many very good Ukrainian dishes. Complete from salad to desserts. Wine list is very nice. Pleasant atmosphere. In good weather outdoor dining is very nice. One of my favorites!

My parents like it. I'm indifferent but everything was cooked pretty well. They are probably in the upscale range for the vicinity.

The price per room is very affordable the service is good the hotel is far from town.

We have been there in the restaurant several times in winter and in summer. Nice place to have loud celebrations here or calm family meetings in the surrounding of pine trees with small houses on the territory. Comfort for children: - playground for children outdoors available for summer, spring and autumn play more than winter playtime.

This beautiful resort is close to the airport which makes it much easier getting to the airport in the morning. The food was very delicious. The rooms are very plush. If you want to spoil yourself a little before leaving, this is the place to stay!

This place was perfect. I had a 17 hour lay over. The staff was awesome I really mean that. Wi-Fi works very well. The room was nice and cozy. I enjoyed the food I ate for dinner and breakfast. I initially should have arrived at Borispil Airport at 01:25 AM instead arrived an hour earlier at the bus station. I called, and a car was sent. I arrived at the hotel safely. Nice, clean room. Friendly, helpful staff who try to help as much as they can even if their English is limited. Only problem is finding the right driveway, google maps and uber are not great in Ukraine yet so kind of hard to get to even though it is quite visible from the highway.

Solid hotel very close to the airport. Had hot showers and a comfortable bed. Great service at the front desk. They helped with printing some travel documents and arranging a 3am taxi to the airport. Restaurant located in the hotel was good, maybe slightly high in price (comparatively) but overall worth the convenience. Would stay at again if I need to stay close to the airport.
