I had an amazing stay. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a great variety of options to choose from. What truly made the stay special was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Hotel on Shevchenko Boulevard, in a great location near the center and the old botanical garden, two steps away from the Kiev Opera - in general, a cool place. High-class hotel, very beautiful. There is a restaurant and a bar. Delicious desserts and coffee. Prices correspond to an expensive hotel.

A very nice place. True, the impressions are limited to taking a shower, a pillow and off you go. The service is excellent. (I mean check-in and check-out, there was contact with the staff) everything is clean, nothing anywhere caused any questions. I recommend!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the stunning view from my window – it made my mornings extra special. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options. The hotel's location was also a big plus – central yet quiet, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay. I will defini return!

Discrimination by the gender, nationality. Poor hospitality, corporate ethics, management. Dispespect to Ukrainian nationals. General manager who doesn't respect Ukrainian nationals. I will not visit or recommend Hilton at anytime.

Excellent hotel. Great restaurant downstairs. Cleaning quality. A little noisy air conditioners, it will be difficult to concentrate if you are tedious to work. In general, comfort, working atmosphere + relaxation can be created in 1 room. If it is possible to overpay for the room.
