We stayed at this hotel for a romantic getaway and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was cozy and peaceful, the room beautifully designed and very comfortable. It was the perfect setting for a couple’s retreat. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — special thanks to the reception for their warm welcome and attentiveness. This place truly made our trip special, and we can’t wait to come back!

Opera is a good option if you need a unfussy, friendly hotel CV in a nice leafy, quiet and cool neighbourhood of Kyiv. The staff are great and super helpful. Thought the spa was excellent too. The room was spacious and bed was really comfortable. I slept really well. The air raid shelter is a particular highlight as it’s equipped with six double beds and you can get an excellent night sleep down there if there’s an air alert. (Note it is not underground but on a 1st floor strong room which should be sufficient(. Thanks for a great stay!

A beautiful hotel, classy setting and furnishings. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Secure and supported throughout air raids. But what marked this hotel as exceptional was the staff - so kind, helpful, professional and supportive.

I was greeted with a smile, escorted to my room and provided with all the necessary information support. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious and comfortable.
