Leon Hotel in Lvov

The room itself was not bad, the bed and bedding were clean, but the bathroom was terrible, I stayed for 3 nights, the bathroom smelled very much like sewage, the toilet and shower were not washed properly, especially the shower. The room is very short of disposable slippers. When I booked the hotel, I wanted an iron in my room, but unfortunately you could only take the iron from the reception and immediately return it, you couldn't take it for 3-4 days, it's not very convenient because I was on the 4th floor and running back and forth every time is not convenient. And there was also a situation, I ordered delivery, they brought me food but didn't put the utensils and I asked the reception for a fork and spoon. I was given utensils from some woman who works at the reception as well, they were so dirty that I even felt a little disgusted to pick them up. The woman told me to wash them, but it was logical that I would wash them anyway. For 3 nights I paid 4200 UAH, which I think is a bit overpriced.

The toilet needs to be cleaned too!!! I lifted the toilet lid and my finger got stuck in this ugliness
