Very atmospheric hotel. There are 3 rooms on the 5th floor and a shared kitchen. The kitchen is decorated with flowers and paintings - very atmospheric!

Excellent location. Close to the prime attractions and old city centre, plus a lot of eating places nearby.
There are only three rooms of the property, located at the top floor of the building. Be prepared to climb 102 stairs to get there. Guest can use a share kitchen and common area.
The lady owner lives a floor below. She is very nice and tolerate, despite cannot speak English.

We booked a room on the booking 2 weeks in advance, let me specify the payment for a day, they promised to meet and settle on a call in 10 minutes. In the morning on the day of arrival, we received a call to quell what time we check in, we said that after 15. At 15.30 we arrived, but Ira's phone (who was supposed to meet) was disconnected, the second and third numbers were not answered. As a result, we were left homeless and in a spoiled mood. Well, at least the prepayment was not paid, only on the website it is written that if we do not call in, a fine of 500 UAH will be removed from the tied card. There are 2 options: 1 - someone was settled before us and froze, or the 2nd just decided to dissolve it for 500 UAH, but it was not there, I blocked the card. I do not advise you to book this hotel, save your nerves and time, because you may simply be thrown!

Good location, despite the fact that the center is quiet under the windows. Behind the wall - not always. Feeling of superficial cleanliness. 4th floor, no elevator, if there are many things, it will not be easy to carry. In the bathroom, the shower stall doors do not close all the way, it is inconvenient, water is sprayed through the gap in the door along the bathroom. A terrible brush, I think it could be replaced. There is a telkfizor, internet standards. For one night for 370 UAH ok. But no more, there is no feeling that everything is clean around.

Good place to stay, host is really lovely. Definitely recommended this place.

Mini Hotel freedom is located in the heart of the city. It's five minutes walk to opera house. Nearby there are a lot of good restaurants and shops. It's near to Scientists House which has a magnificent neo baroque library. It's located in an old appartment building on the upper floor. There is no elevator. But perfectly clean and tidy rooms, well heated and the very customer oriented Lady owner. Plus budget friend. I definetely reccomend it.
