Don’t choose room near food court spot
- when we realized we like hotel and wanted to extend our stay, receptionist lady said there are no rooms available. But in booking.com I found ones. Unpleasant customer experience. We ended up in other place to say.

Terrible experience. I booked 2 rooms in June for my family stay in early August and everything seemed well until July 29 when I modified my reservation to 1 less day as was allowed in the rules (still kept the same date as before for the remaining night). The rates in Lviv went up and it seems they wanted more money so they said they can't give me the rate I booked at and got a confirmation for. They didn't want to go through a proper process of cancellation or compensation so they just first flagged one card as invalid and then another one. (The cards work perfectly well and I have other reservations on them with no issues) First of all they left me scrambling to find 2 rooms during peak season and secondly they fraudulently flagged my credit cards potentially causing me issues with booking other accommodation on booking.com service. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour on their part. I've raised my concern with the booking service and hoping there will be some sort of punishment for behaving in such a way.
I was facing the roadway and while the windows block the high pitched they do little for the lows. Every car that passes causes an uncomfortable pressure l and low pitch hum, with the larger vehicles even worse, in addition to shaking the room. The garbage gets picked up at 2am as well and seems to take forever
I guess if you pay more they’ll put you on the opposite side, where sleep is easier.
