very good value for your money. 3rd floor (if you are Western European) or 4th floor (if you are Est European or American) with no lift is the only minus. Recently redone, new furniture, mattresses, linen. large wc/shower toiletries.. Abundant self service breakfast included. Slow internet. Perfect location. clean, plenty of plugs, aircon, safe, tv with 25 local channels. own fridge. microwave kettle cups and cutlery. No bed side lamps nor light switch. sound proof walls, no noise from street. no flexible check out.

Room for two was very comfy: I liked wooden minimalistic design. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was delicious :)

- it was veeeeery noisy in morning (starting from 6-7am) when staff started to get ready for breakfast.
Don’t choose room near food court spot

- when we realized we like hotel and wanted to extend our stay, receptionist lady said there are no rooms available. But in booking.com I found ones. Unpleasant customer experience. We ended up in other place to say.

Very nice place to stay, clean and tidy, staff are super friendly, english speaking and will make sure to help you to the best way they can, the location is super catch as it is directly walking distance from everything around the city centre of Lviv, beside the opera house and all the tourist attraction sites. A place that i highly recommend.
