I've been here maybe 10 times before 2019. But Things have really fallen apart since the last three years... the service is done by tiktok generation so they don't care about service! all the time on their cell phone. they forget the keys. they lock you out. They blame you for leaving your luggage which is normal after after you leave for just a few hours avoid coming to this place until it's fixed they gave me the coldest rooms available. there is a war going on we can go to other countries and get better service... I tried to contact the owner twice through customer service and so-called administrator oleh. Or fake receptionist did not give me that number of course.

It is smack down in the city center and the majority of sights are very very close to the hostel. They have a very clean atmosphere and it is a great place to hang out in the evenings. The room is quite nice though a little crammed.

The receptionist here (pronounced oksana) is the best part. She is super helpful with local advice (ask her for the password bar). Friendly vibe, social atmosphere, and very affordable. Highly recommend this to any traveler. Perfect location to the town square.

Very friendly and hospitaly staff, but the room's got an strange odor. Internet is not working and water in the kitchen was just cold. Maybe it's because the start of the late season after the pandemic.

Great place, very friendly ambience and staff. Washing machine and kitchen available. The location is just first class! You walk out of the building and you're in the middle of the city center. The staff let us leave our whole luggage for the whole day after checkout, which took the heavy responsibility of looking after it while sightseeing off our shoulders. Definitely recommended!

Great staff. Fantastic location right in the center. Stayed in a 4 person suite with lots of room and private lockers. A smaller hostel with a nice comfy vibe.
