Very realistically.

First of all, when you call to book the room - make sure to ask for room specifically with the view on the lake (it's opposite to the road), the reception has a directive to always assume that you don't mind sleeping in the room facing the road (stinks of gas if you open the window, plus loud if you want to sleep with fresh air and once again - stinks), they will never book you a room facing lake as a standard if it's available.

You need to place a very specific request for that.

Secondly, their reception staff isn't trained to assume you might want to dine in their restaurant if you arrive at the evening, so they will NOT notify you if they have some kind of banquet with music planned for that evening.

They allow guests to have an evening host and speak very loudly in microphone and they allow to play very loud music with high bass (which if you have a slightest taste in music - is absolutely horrendous and there's nowhere you can find from it in the restaurant)

Kindly note those peculiarities before booking the room.

We were told upon check-in that if there was an air raid warning to come to the front desk, and then we would be led to the bomb shelter. At 5:00 a.m. on Nov. 21, we received an air raid alert for the "Lviv andLvivska community" on our "Air Alert!" app. We went to the front desk as directed, where the clerk told us in very remedial English that they did NOT have a bomb shelter, and that we should just go back to our room. We checked out a day earlier than planned, and as we pulled out of the hotel parking lot at 3:08 p.m. we got another Air Alert! warning. Regarding the room: we stayed in the cottage (#1) and for the first two days there was a raw sewage smell in the bathroom. After we brought this to the attention of the front desk, the problem was fixed. The day before we checked out, the odor was back. Other than the odor, the room was spacious and clean. We could not adjust the heat using the remote control device, so we slept with our bedroom window open to maintain a 68-70F temperature in the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was good. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel, very nice and adequate staff. Well equipped, clean rooms and bathroom. Plenty space al over the amenities. The breakfast offers lots of choices and good quality. Easy to reach, and only a short drive to Lviv city center. Definitely worth a visit if you want an easy, convenient stay, without the hassle of a city-center.

My future wife and I stayed here and it was great. The room was great, the range of dishes that can be ordered in from the kitchen was great, and the quality of the food was superb. Well worth staying at.

Pleasant, stylish place for a good dinner or a drink and a bite alike. Inside traditional dark "wood", outside either pergola covered terrace or private gazebo. Professional personnel, well trained for the job. Decent pricing worthwhile the experienced enjoyment.
