when we arrived the staff was not at the counter, we had to wait and there was another waiting customer in front of us. the staff is not friendly. The room was missing some toiletries. toilet paper apparently should have been saved. I had to ask them separately. we booked a room with two single beds, but it was a room in which the double bed was simply pushed apart and the head of one of us rested on the bedside lamp that was permanently screwed on, "very comfortable" I recommend. The icing on the cake is a scam at checkout for the contents of the refrigerator. we didn't use the hotel fridge and still got charged for some sausages. the calculation is that you are in a hurry and will not argue in line because of some 2-3 dollars. I absolutely do not recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Modern and fresch room. Nice,serviceminded and friendly staff. Little bit off from main central trainstation. But well worth the walk trough a nice town.

Great place to stay in the centre of L'viv! Absolutely new hotel, very comfortable bed and convenient furniture. Very hospitality staff, good breakfast.
