The service in their restaurant is getting worse. BBQ is pretty good, but waiting time is high, moreover it's difficult to get the attention of a waitress, unless you go there and find the waitress inside. The service is ridiculous, for example, my starter was served after the main course, together with the dessert, while a cup of espresso has been served first. Another annoying thing, the waitress insisted to pay in cash only - I refused as I am pretty sure that it has to do with tax avoidance

Food was ok, not "crazy". The dishes didn't came together and we had to wait ling time for the fish and chicken.
The low grade is for the bad experience - they didn't tell us that they don't get credit card before we made an order and ate, only after. This is very lame behavior, not honest!!
Also they didn't had an English menu.
We will never go back to this restaurant.

Myself and my colleague visited Delice restaurant and both had the pork steak that was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. What's is worth mentioning is the lovely friendly staff member named Sofia that took care of our every need and request with a smile and great attitude. Thank you! Will visit again.

The best part of the stay was the friendly, helpful staff who were all young and spoke good English. Other than that I don‘t believe this is a 4-star hotel (it might have very well been decades ago when it first opened). The interior is very outdated and looks at least four decades old if not older. On the good side, the room was pretty clean. I had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast was so-so, we were told we could have breakfast until 11 but when we came at 10 some of the choices were already empty and did not get refilled. At the end of the day, I guess I got what I paid for since the location was good and the price were pretty cheap. My biggest problem is the outdated architecture/interior, which to be quite honest had this depressing vibe.

good hotel, value for money, nice/ helpful receptionist. I stayed there as I have been to the Catholic University nearby. breakfast is not outstanding but fresh, warm croissants where pretty tasty.

A restaurant can be rekomendovat. The kitchen is good, the service is quick. Automatic add to your account a 7% service charge. On the territory children's Playground. Very convenient.

I do not recommend. The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed with 2 small children in our Suite there was a PARTY in the restaurant. It all started 23 hours, until 4 am we could not sleep.
HORRIBLE MATTRESSES! A sofa bed, where slept the children, CREAKED at the slightest movement.
Dear owner, if you know that your institution will be booze with screaming guests, please Lodge guests over the restaurant. We have never slept so badly. I regret that I paid for the room upon arrival...

Service - zero. I ordered soup, brought at the end. The waiter stupidly forgot

The restaurant service was the worst! All slow, tables not clean - had to ask three times for clean up from under the table from previous visitors. Lattes for 40 minutes and did not bring.
