Just a magical place! Hospitable and friendly staff, which creates a special atmosphere! Large spacious, clean room, furniture and plumbing in excellent condition, a large bed with a soft, like a cloud mattress 😁, fresh clean towels and bedding. On the territory of the hotel there is a cozy cafe, which not only cooks deliciously, but also decorates the dishes very beautifully. We were fascinated by both the city of Lviv and the Discovery Hotel so much that we even decided to change train tickets and stay one day longer than planned Thank you for your hospitality and a magical atmosphere from the bottom of our hearts 🙏

This ... Clean, not bad overall. But redneck affects, which is noticeable all over the city at once - to make money for any little thing. You are alone? So here's a family number for you! On the site - breakfast is included, in fact - "you didn’t replace it." And this is at 9:00 (breakfast, for reference, from 7:00 to 10:00).

The hotel is terrible.
Starting with female administrators, who are always scattered, the feeling that they are forced to work. Complete disregard for booking rooms, you book one room on booking, upon arrival you are settled in another in the courtyard under the stairs with the words “well, it’s on booking, I have it written like this”
You will have to make the bed yourself, as the blankets are separate from the duvet covers.
The network in the rooms does not catch, wi-fi at certain points can be caught.
Audibility is 100%, it is unlikely to sleep from 7 in the morning.
An absolutely unfriendly woman in the restaurant, who herself decided where it would be better for us to stay for breakfast and covered it inside, we asked to sit outside, to which she replied “I already covered it here”, as a result, the sets and cutlery from the table were transferred to themselves.
Of the pluses, huge breakfasts, and one of the waiters.

Inconvenient to get there. Near the hotel, everything has been dug up, renovation work is underway. I had to call a taxi. The room is on the ground floor, the windows face the courtyard. At 23.20 a group of young people decided to go out into the yard and have a meal. They ran up and down the stairs, talking loudly. The room itself is normal. But it must be borne in mind that there is no refrigerator and kettle. The breakfast is very satisfying. But "Napoleon" was hard and savory. Next time we will stop closer to the historical center.
