Hotel for one night no more.
1. Right away, what I didn’t like when checking in was that there was no terminal, I had to make a transfer where there was a large commission.
2. You have a hotel on Booking and can be booked by foreigners, and for them it is important to always pay with a terminal!!! The room is good. We had to wait several hours for it to be removed.
3. I am silent about cleaning the room. The floors are dirty, there is dust everywhere, the bathtub is dirty, the floors too, on top where the hairdryer is full of dust. In general, you need to clean well. What else surprised me was the curtain in the bathroom; it doesn’t hang on anything.
4. There is no noise insulation. We heard people leaving their rooms early in the morning. It’s impossible to sleep at night because you’re walking around and holding everything together.
5. I write in English so that people can see and read, especially foreigners. For them, the dirt in the room will be a shock.

Great location, friendly stuff. Level of noise is typical for most hotels here, you'll hear everyone going up the stairs.

Good location, clean and tidy rooms... No elevator to upstairs... Nice stay... Thanks to God, no rugs on the floor so comfortable with the cleanliness... The shower has curtains, has a mixture of shampoonand shower gel... There is a inner front gate in front of the hotel witch you can open with a magnetic key. So for the first visit you have to call the property to open the door. If there is a bell there, that would be convinient...

Perfect hosting in the middle of the city.
Minus – no lift (like in any other old building)
Pluses – manager always on phone and ready to help, good internet, quiet place, many restoraunts close to hotel.

The manager is changing the contract and terms&conditions. He doesn't want to refund the price in case of cancelling the reservation. Do not recommend, do not risk and choose one of hundreds of other places

P.S. I was contacted by Michael, a manager after my wife posted this review on social media. There was mention of miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel and vise versa. Long story short the hotel stepped up and gave us a proper room rate and we came to an agreeable solution. I appreciate the monitoring of reviews and timely response.
Terrible experience. I booked 2 rooms in June for my family stay in early August and everything seemed well until July 29 when I modified my reservation to 1 less day as was allowed in the rules (still kept the same date as before for the remaining night). The rates in Lviv went up and it seems they wanted more money so they said they can't give me the rate I booked at and got a confirmation for. They didn't want to go through a proper process of cancellation or compensation so they just first flagged one card as invalid and then another one. (The cards work perfectly well and I have other reservations on them with no issues) First of all they left me scrambling to find 2 rooms during peak season and secondly they fraudulently flagged my credit cards potentially causing me issues with booking other accommodation on booking.com service. Very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour on their part. I've raised my concern with the booking service and hoping there will be some sort of punishment for behaving in such a way.

The guy on a front desk is very rude. When you step in , to wait for audience with people you are going to have a conversation, because of appointment you have made before, he starts pushing you with question:” whaaat, you’ve been here before , can you wait outside?? So rude((((

The best hotel in Lviv. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic part of the city. The rooms are stylish and very clean. The room is comfortable and tastefully furnished. The attentive, responsive, and friendly staff readily accommodated our requests. The breakfasts and service are beyond praise. We really want to return!

I was facing the roadway and while the windows block the high pitched they do little for the lows. Every car that passes causes an uncomfortable pressure l and low pitch hum, with the larger vehicles even worse, in addition to shaking the room. The garbage gets picked up at 2am as well and seems to take forever
I guess if you pay more they’ll put you on the opposite side, where sleep is easier.

Was there for a couple days ago. They didn’t turn heating on so I have got a cold . The rooms are not so clean and new as on the photos. Strange stinky smells and a lot of dust. I do not recommend this place

Very nice hotel in the center of Lviv 😍 We had a cozy, spacious and well-equiped apartment, big balcony with a view to the old rooftops.
There is wifi, possibility to order breakfast, wash your laundry, safely park a motorbike.
Not as cheap as a hostel, but affordable.

Really nice hotel&hostel - modern clean rooms, great friendly positive staff, nice breakfast area.The hotel was modern, well decorated, clean and tidy - a typical European style chain hotel. Our room was very very clean. 5 STAR HOUSE KEEPING STAFF!!! THANK YOUUUUU.

The staff was friendly, bathrooms were clean, common spaces were nice, and the breakfast was amazing. The croissants served at breakfast were to die for. My only complaint is that we were there in the dead of summer and the rooms got very hot even with leaving the windows open. Also, the windows don't have bug screens and the only way to tolerate the heat was to leave the windows open which lead to lots of mosquitos and bugs flying around.

Nice off-the-path hotel. Food store, restaurants, pubs, and city sights within short walk. Receptionist was wonderful and spoke good English. The room was nice, fully equipped kitchenette. Slept great, receptions had to awaken me so I wouldn't miss my train, above and beyond. Thank you. I will return.
