This is simply a wonderful hotel that exceeded all my expectations! The first thing that catches your eye is the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The room was warm even in the cold season, and the hot water in the shower was always uninterrupted - this is a great advantage for a comfortable stay.

Daily cleaning is carried out at the highest level - everywhere is perfectly clean, towels are changed regularly, and the bed is fresh and tidy. The elevator works flawlessly, which is especially important after a busy day when you want to quickly and conveniently get to your room.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They are attentive to all the wishes of the guests, which makes the stay here even more pleasant. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, which allows you to completely relax and enjoy your vacation.

Overall, this is an ideal place for a comfortable stay, combining quality service, convenience, and guest care. I will definitely come back here again and sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for the best value for money!

For the price of a hostel, you get a hotel room. Yes, the renovation is not fresh. But there is a private bathroom with a hairdryer. They clean well. In winter, the rooms are cool (+18). There is a refrigerator, a kettle. I had a room with a connecting room for three.

We needed a cheap hotel. Since we had read the reviews, we were prepared that the hotel would be in a rather bad condition. Rooms are completely normal. Two beds, clean linen and towels. Everything worked in the bathroom. There is a balcony on which you can sit nicely in the evening. For those looking for super extras, there is nothing to look for here. We highly valued this Soviet-era exclusive. Location very good. There is a grocery store and a square nearby. We liked it here.

Built in 1976 by the architects of the "Military Project" Alexander Gukovich and Alla Simbirtseva. The 12-storey hotel was designed for 157 rooms, three floors occupied by an officer's dormitory.

In 1973-1979, General V. Varennikov (1923-2009) was the commander of the troops of the Precarpathian Military District. In 1978, on the occasion of his 55th birthday, he received the rank of General of the Army, a hotel was set up in the hotel to celebrate this anniversary, and a number of decorative and artistic works were performed.
