Room was crafted by very thoughtful, meticulous, and experienced architects / builders. A **** work of art. Staff were plentiful, on-task, and friendly. Thermometer resisted adjustment, but that won't keep me from staying there again when I return in a few months.

Great character and location. Fantastic staff... Only downside is lack of restaurant or bar.

A super location pretty close to the heart of everything in Lviv city center, and at a very good price - but that comes at a cost. The rooms are not very soundproof; I heard my neighbors on both sides. Also there is substantial street noise coming in from the windows. If you’re a sound sleeper it shouldn’t be a problem but otherwise, take note. Other than that, the hotel is a clean and comfortable...

The hotel has a great location and offers a decent breakfast. I really liked the room; it was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the lack of soundproofing was a downside for me. I could hear some noise from people in the hallway, especially during the day and early morning.

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

If you speak only English you'll have really hard time at breakfast. :(

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

Nice small and modern equipped hotel, near to center. Friendly staff, nice view to city, clean rooms and that's all for a decent price! Unfortunately no spa and the breakfast is a bit weak which is owed to Corona restrictions. I recommend.

My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

I arrived late at the hotel. Unfortunately, I asked a quiet room and I've got a Nightclub on top of my room. I alsi thiught my room would be bigger, so don't be fooled by the pictures...The overall stay was good. The breakfast was AMAZING.

The hotel is amazing! We got great pleasure! NEW, modern, comfortable. And the panoramic view of Lviv is especially delightful! I admired him every minute. We also want to note the work of the restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the chef never ceased to amaze with his skill. Recommended!

I recently celebrated the anniversary of a relative here. I really liked: the cozy family atmosphere, delicious food, music, interesting works of art on the walls. I haven't been in the summer yet, but I plan to have colleagues recommend barbecue dishes

The place inside is nice, we got a spacious room consisting of two rooms, a living room and a bedroom, with AC, fridge, TV( but old), the bathroom was great like for 3-4 stars hotel. The anniversary was celebrated on November 7, 2020. This hotel is like oasis after all day on terrible Ukrainlian roads. Beautiful garden, nice admistrator speaking well english, luxurious clean rooms. Very good restaurant.

I would say location is perfect as it is very central, but on a very quiet street. Very friendly service and the room is very spacious. The decor is simple and it was perfect for a few nights stay. You have got everything for a comfortable stay.

It looks much better on photos than as it is in reality. We've stayed 2 nights, communication and hospitality are good enough. Room was cleaner than we expected. Room temperature over 26, good to find water dispenser at each floor. It smells caramel in rooms, it was super good feeling.

If you're looking for a lot of amenities or 4 and 5 star hotel look elsewhere. But for price, location, and cleanliness it'd be hard to beat. I'll definitely be staying again.

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it. In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage. However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable.

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

The hotel where value for money is right. My room was big, clean and well-equipped. The staff is helpful and polite. Area is quiet. There is about fifteen to twenty minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast could be better, this is one thing that I was little disappointed.

Great hotel, very polite and attentive staff. Not sure if they speak English, though. I liked breakfasts a lot. Fast, tasty and neat. The coffee us not that great. Rooms and bathroom are clean. All gadgets work properly. Wi-Fi has proper bandwidth, no lags. I was especially fascinated by the interior. It us all done in one theme and not a bad one.

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building. There's a restaurant Irena as well which I found very cozy and tasty. So I would definitely recommend it. PS: You can book it by calling there reception. No prepayment is required.

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. The hotel is new, stylish. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable. They are good quality.

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. Uber and Opti taxi apps work in theory but we had huge hassles getting taxis. I have booked this hotel as it was in convenient location next to the Airport. The bed and pillows in the room were comfortable. The rooms are not noisy as the hotel is away from the main road. There was not enough lighting in the bathroom so you couldn't really see how dirty it was, but it wasn't cleaned properly as there were hair on the floor. What made me laugh is how the toilet seat was fixed...

After traveling Ukraine for two weeks we found Coin Hotel to be the best. Excellent big rooms, incredibly clean with all facilities you need: towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and free water every day. Free parking. Delicious breakfasts with several options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

Motorbike trip from Scotland to Istanbul Hotel was perfect, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had an air raid in the middle of night but nothing to worry about, breakfast was a lovely buffet. Would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t call this hotel exceptional as in some other opinions. It’s nice, clean and the staff are friendly. However, our rooms were never cleaned properly (they didn’t make and change the bedding which was really surprising considering the supposed standard and didn’t wash the glasses). There are no tissues in the rooms, nor coat hangers. Breakfast is not bad but not excellent either. Very plain...

Hotel is in a good condition. Bed mattress was very confortable. It is a disapointment that there was no place for our car at their parking, we had to leave our car at another private parking 500 meters from hotel for extra expenses. But hotel says that there is a private parking that do not require reservation which means they always have a slot for you. Also during booking procedure i've checked...

Nice rooms, good and quiet location, not so far from coty center, hospitality service. Everything is cozy and clean. The main issue was a parking place also there was a strange difference between the rooms for the same prive (in first we had a balcony and minibar and in second we didn’t)

Excellent place, everything was fantastic from the rooms to the food . Take it from a French 4 star restaurant sous chef the dishes were absolutely amazing, perfect presentationt and an amazing taste. Rooms are cozy and clean. Dishes in Argo restaurant were extremely tasty with affordable price. I highly recommend you to try soups "Solyanka" and "Borshch", and Vareniki. Only negative sides were the location( far from the center) and little bit annoyed reception staff.
