Visiting few times a year with family and friends. Did few corporate events. Top top quality and service all a time.

A wonderful place for big celebrations: weddings or corporate parties. We cannot but emphasize the delicious dishes prepared by Galytska Korona restaurant. And, of course, fabulous serving of dishes by waiters. It was a real show. Before the serving the host described the dish, then the special "dish music" was playing and the waiters with the trays synchronously went dancing in the hall to the rhythm...

The service is excellent. The waiter is serving with heart and with big smile. The food is really delicious. I'd recommend the mushroom soup and the penne carbonara. The price is reasonable. Thank you

Nice small and modern equipped hotel, near to center. Friendly staff, nice view to city, clean rooms and that's all for a decent price! Unfortunately no spa and the breakfast is a bit weak which is owed to Corona restrictions. I recommend.

My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

I arrived late at the hotel. Unfortunately, I asked a quiet room and I've got a Nightclub on top of my room. I alsi thiught my room would be bigger, so don't be fooled by the pictures...The overall stay was good. The breakfast was AMAZING.

Beautiful Hotel close to the centre of Lviv. Lovely comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Olga on reception and Igor in the restaurant. Excellent Breakfast selection very tasty. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room but that s the only negative .

The hotel is amazing! We got great pleasure! NEW, modern, comfortable. And the panoramic view of Lviv is especially delightful! I admired him every minute. We also want to note the work of the restaurant. The staff are wonderful and the chef never ceased to amaze with his skill. Recommended!

Location ideal for people who want a little peace and quiet, still within walking distance to main attractions. Facilities are great and staff will always try their best to help.

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

If you speak only English you'll have really hard time at breakfast. :(

The staff is good, the room was ok, spa is included to the room price, it is great to relax here after the trip and before going out. But it's far from the city center and music from their restaurant could disturb you at the evening.

Service - The Service is the nicest we ever have gotten at any hotel. We were allowed 1 more hour, the reception called uKlon for us all the time. We were allowed to leave our baggage in a room (when we didnt have booking anymore TWICE!) I would say location is perfect as it is very central, but on a very quiet street. Very friendly service and the room is very spacious. The decor is simple and it was perfect for a few nights stay. You have got everything for a comfortable stay.

Nice hotell. Good service. All clean

They violate the law when registering the guests - they took photos of our IDs instead of getting copy of it. In electronic form that typt of data becomes extremely sensitive and can be easily shared for scamming activities or simply stolen from their storage. However, the hotel itself is perfect - located in a quite area, tidy and comfortable.

It’s good for a short stay, quite far from a city center. Room was very clean and the service was nice. Big, tasty breakfast.

The hotel where value for money is right. My room was big, clean and well-equipped. The staff is helpful and polite. Area is quiet. There is about fifteen to twenty minutes walking to the city center. Breakfast could be better, this is one thing that I was little disappointed.

Great hotel, very polite and attentive staff. Not sure if they speak English, though. I liked breakfasts a lot. Fast, tasty and neat. The coffee us not that great. Rooms and bathroom are clean. All gadgets work properly. Wi-Fi has proper bandwidth, no lags. I was especially fascinated by the interior. It us all done in one theme and not a bad one.

Great hotel, very close to the main train station. The prices are cheaper than for other hotels in this area. It's located in a nice old style building. There's a restaurant Irena as well which I found very cozy and tasty. So I would definitely recommend it. PS: You can book it by calling there reception. No prepayment is required.

Excellent place to stay in Lviv. We were with child, they offer free bad for child. The hotel is new, stylish. There are free sleepers, shower gel and shampoo is unlimited, which is very comfortable. They are good quality.

Coin is super convenient if traveling by car and if you're apt at catching local buses, the distance to the centre is no biggie. Uber and Opti taxi apps work in theory but we had huge hassles getting taxis. The hotel is lovely and clean, the room is comfortable (although very spartan, a few deco touches would be nice) and stronger lighting in the bathroom would be great. Great hotel to stay with small dogs while your traveling in Lviv. Clean, cosy, conditioning and nice breakfast. Has free parking and lovely terrace for chilling.

I have booked this hotel as it was in convenient location next to the Airport. The bed and pillows in the room were comfortable. The rooms are not noisy as the hotel is away from the main road. There was not enough lighting in the bathroom so you couldn't really see how dirty it was, but it wasn't cleaned properly as there were hair on the floor. What made me laugh is how the toilet seat was fixed...

After traveling Ukraine for two weeks we found Coin Hotel to be the best. Excellent big rooms, incredibly clean with all facilities you need: towels, slippers, soap, shower gel and free water every day. Free parking. Delicious breakfasts with several options. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is in an old building. Inside of the rooms are improved and they are large including the bathroom. Rooms are neat and clean. Their breakfasts are set-menu style from 3 options. The best thing is so close to heart of the city .

Amazing hotel, very nice staff, super convenient location yet it is still quite for a big city! I have stayed here twice and loved it. Cheers to the very friendly reception desk girl and incredibly thoughtful girl in the dining area - you two are amazing! And the lamps, the lamps everywhere are amazing. I'm obsessed!

Motorbike trip from Scotland to Istanbul Hotel was perfect, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had an air raid in the middle of night but nothing to worry about, breakfast was a lovely buffet. Would definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t call this hotel exceptional as in some other opinions. It’s nice, clean and the staff are friendly. However, our rooms were never cleaned properly (they didn’t make and change the bedding which was really surprising considering the supposed standard and didn’t wash the glasses). There are no tissues in the rooms, nor coat hangers. Breakfast is not bad but not excellent either. Very plain...

Hotel is in a good condition. Bed mattress was very confortable. It is a disapointment that there was no place for our car at their parking, we had to leave our car at another private parking 500 meters from hotel for extra expenses. But hotel says that there is a private parking that do not require reservation which means they always have a slot for you. Also during booking procedure i've checked...

Nice rooms, good and quiet location, not so far from coty center, hospitality service. Everything is cozy and clean. The main issue was a parking place also there was a strange difference between the rooms for the same prive (in first we had a balcony and minibar and in second we didn’t)

Not expensive but very good hotel in a city center (only 2 min walk to the central square), with a guarded parking Room was with a large and clean bathroom, with all facilities you may need. Not fabulous, but still very fair breakfast is included. In case you’d like something extra - you can order it from restaurant menu.

Excellent place, everything was fantastic from the rooms to the food . Take it from a French 4 star restaurant sous chef the dishes were absolutely amazing, perfect presentationt and an amazing taste. Thanks again to the great and really nice owner, the cute waitress and a great cook ! Would absolutely recommend and will come back again for sure.

Rooms are cozy and clean. Dishes in Argo restaurant were extremely tasty with affordable price. I highly recommend you to try soups "Solyanka" and "Borshch", and Vareniki. Only negative sides were the location( far from the center) and little bit annoyed reception staff.

Brilliant stopover spot Just 10 minutes' walk from the railway station, coaches, trams and buses — couldn’t be easier. Checked in at 1230 am and staff was so welcoming and attentive. I was shown to a quiet second floor room that was a welcome respite to the rainy outdoors, and the room was toasty warm! Location was fantastic - easy access to the produce market, groceries, stores, and an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station.

Even when there is a war going on, the hotel was a great place to stay. I wasn’t a tourist I work for an NGO.

A typical 3-star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. Good thing - located in the center of Lviv. Be warned, hotel has no elevators, and the reception is on 2nd floor. So if you have issues with legs, and have trouble walking on stairs, please avoid it.

Great hotel, well located, clean and tidy. A bit noisy due to location, but you're going for the city experience then this is the place as it's easy to walk to most places. Room 8 has a balcony and a bath, which is classified as a superior room, but the view and atmosphere the balcony provides is well worth it.

Very good location, right in the middle of tourist district. All staff were friendly. Shower hose broke when I started taking a shower. I advised the front desk. They immediately fixed it. I was impressed with their service. Room cost was was fair. I will use this hotel again.

After visiting the hotel for the first time, I cannot stay at any other other than this. Very good owners, the rooms are clean, tidy with a good repair. In the morning, a delicious breakfast is prepared upon request. Good location relative to the center, convenient transport interchange. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, not far from the centre. The room is clean, but simple. Kettle and kitchenware can be borrowed at reception. Private on-site Parking/dopopulate don't need/.
