Great hotel, well located, clean and tidy. A bit noisy due to location, but you're going for the city experience then this is the place as it's easy to walk to most places. Room 8 has a balcony and a bath, which is classified as a superior room, but the view and atmosphere the balcony provides is well worth it.

Great location of the hotel. Very close to all needed places. Great welcoming of bell man. Clean rooms.

A typical 3-star hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. Good thing - located in the center of Lviv. Be warned, hotel has no elevators, and the reception is on 2nd floor. So if you have issues with legs, and have trouble walking on stairs, please avoid it.

It is okay. Kind of old fashioned and outdated. No climate control in the rooms. Not the worst place to spend the night, but ain't the best either.

Spiteful rudeness of the staff ruined all the positive impression not only about the hotel but about the rest in Lviv.

Terrible hotel, not worth the money. Ordered the standard. The furniture is terrible, the size of the room is terrible, the TV is still on ray tube. Floor squeaks. The bed is very short, feet peeking over the bed(growth 183). The Internet does not work, constant problems with the connection. Network disappears periodically. Noise isolation is zero, everything that happens on the street, perfectly audible. Managed to only sleep for 2 hours of the night. Woke up at 5am from the signal of the tram. If you don't want to spoil the holiday, do not recommend... briefly describe, a cheap hotel in an expensive wrapper.
P. S. the Staff is friendly. The staff is the only thing that is normal in this hotel.

Great location, but can’t comment on the rooms as I was not a hotel guest. My comments are reserved for the restaurant which I recently visited. For a place that doesn’t appear to be understaffed, they sure act like it. Nobody seats you, the wait time alone to get a menu is 10-15 minutes, no offers of any water etc, a wait time of 10 minutes to place an order, no staff checking to see how the meal is, and then nobody eager enough to drop off the bill for the order. In fact, I had to get up from my seat and take a dirty plate to the bar to make it clear to them that they dropped the ‘service ball’. Prior to that final act of customer defiance, I had diplomatically told them to get their act together. It’s the service level you expected (and often received) in the Soviet-era days. As for the food, it was average. Fortunately, Lviv has many good restaurants with above average food quality and service, and with better pricing than this place. Save your hryvnias and go elsewhere.

Very good location, right in the middle of tourist district. All staff were friendly. Shower hose broke when I started taking a shower. I advised the front desk. They immediately fixed it. I was impressed with their service. Room cost was was fair. I will use this hotel again.
