As for me, the 3-star hotel is one of the best, I can't compare it to some other 3-star hotels. Here are disposable slippers even. Our room was cute, clean, quiet and warm, although it was cold and wet outside. Breakfast is included, and it really delicious and various. Workers are polite, positive and attentive. I like the way a receptionist and a guard helped us with our luggage letting us to leave it in storage room after our check-out and till the time we should go by train. You can borrow a hotel umbrella for a walk as you need.

I’m Europe citizen and I came to do tourist and support Ukraine.
I was close to book a room here! But before that I came to the hotel asking for the parking which when I arrived was free and available and the girl who is working on reception on 25 of December 2025! Look at me from shoes to the hair and she realise that I’m wearing crocs! After that she told I can not book here and the parking for me is not available, and my car is 2020 mustang is not cheap that’s why I asked for a parking!
I feel the girl is racist and wasn’t the best attention to cost 100usd per night))))

Good location, but very loud noisy traffic and late night teens who play loud music late past 4 AM in the street nightly on multiple occasions , the noise is constantly near the street in front of the hotel, expect some anxious drunk people singing or playing loud music from their cars and parking near the hotel to disturb your stay.The bathtubs leak water on the floor, the sealant is not holding the water from leaking and the bathtubs are dirty and moldy.As for the restaurant, since they are serving food then why would they allow dogs in the guest's hands while going around foods and messing up with foods. Apparently they don't care about hygiene and the health of their customers.

Nice hotel ! We stayed in a newly decorated room with new furniture . Food , on the top floor restaurant with panoramic view over the city , was nice !!!

Awful restaurant service. Food is nothing special. Bad coffee. Only a view is quite good, but you can find a better one in the center.

Very nice, clean rooms with balconies. Great breakfast buffet included. Friendly staff and a short walk to the main square. Rooftop restaurant and breakfast restaurant both have amazing views of the city.
