BANKHOTEL in Lvov

I’m giving review for the rooftop bar from the hotel. Few days ago I was there in the middle of the day, I think around 1pm. No one was there at that time, what makes me even more emotional. I scanned the qr code for the menu but somehow my internet connection there was not the best so it took some time to load website. I said to waiter that I need 2 more minutes because I was not seeing all positions from menu. 5, 10, 15 minutes no one is coming, I look around- no one there. At least 30 minutes until my order was collected. I ordered ravioli, americano and 2 cakes: mini cheesecake with raspberries and passion fruit one. Coffee arrived first, even when I said I’d like to have pasta first and then coffee and dessert. Okay, no problem, I could take another one after that but then arrives cake- one and totally different than I ordered- sacher cake. I wanted to say that it’s not what I ordered but he left without waiting, hearing. I used google translate to show him what I want. It’s not a problem when you doesn’t speak in English, I could use translator to say what I want, then it won’t be those mistakes. I ate everything and want to pay- again no one around, another 20-30 minutes of waiting.
Really, language barrier is not a problem, just don’t be shy to say that you don’t understand something, it’s not a shame. Waiting time, specially that there is no one- unacceptable. Food and desserts were okay, eadible but not more.
