The hotel is good for single stay, or couple which stay for one night. When they declared in booking that they have family rooms, you expect something completely different.
In fact it is two single rooms connected with the door. Rooms are small, and with a lot of furniture, so there is no space for kids to walk. And after they put a baby bed the room becomes completely blocked.
Due to design, the room in unfriendly to kids, as there are a lot of furniture and design elements that can hurt or fall on the kid.
Also the fact that wash basin situated inside room, it doesnt also add comfort. Please, exclude option to book families a room in your hotel.

Breakfast on Saturday was as buffet, what was a good solution. And I really liked it. But on Friday the concept of breakfast was that you choose a meal from the menu. As every person ordered different meals basically in yhe same time, we had to wait long enough for our meal. Please, stay further with buffet idea.

Not many parking places, as there are no dedicated places for hotel, so during the day you have to park far away and carry all your luggage to the reception to check in.

Great hotel - modern, clean, with lovely staff. Excellent price, and the location is perfect: a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, yet close to less touristy areas with great cafés or other services like beauty salons.

Nice modern hotel. The rooms are good and comfortable. A la carte breakfast is tasty. Reception service is poor and slow. They are not helpful or professional.

Overall, it's a decent hotel. They follow a cool concept in design, food, and atmosphere. The rooms are clean, extravagant, and stylish, equipped with all the necessary accessories. Additionally, they even offer a free welcome craft beer and small souvenirs in the rooms. However, we encountered two issues: poor noise isolation and poor service. We could hear our neighbors' dog barking loudly, and conversations from the next room were also quite loud. On the bright side, the hotel's food was good - it looked nice and tasted great. I highly recommend trying their craft beer and checking out the books about Ukraine they sell at the reception desk before leaving.

Fantastic hotel!! very clean, modern interiors, great, fresh breakfast, good coffee, comfortable beds, room cleaned every day, very quiet area and close to the center and THE BEST in this hotel and most important is the Personnel - very helpful, friendly and always smiling!!!People working there makes a difference:) I highly recommend! Pros: Great modern hotel! Clean room, good service, 10 mins walk to train station.

Cons: walls are not sound proof enough, could clearly hear voices from the neighbors room.

Hotel, accommodation, interior, clearness of rooms, service for hotel - 5*.
Restaurant - 4* max.

1. Child chair was broken. We let personnel know about that, they exchanged it for new one (from looker room) and yet in the morning this broken chair was the only one available in the hall.

2. No opportunity to add bill for room number (pay by card) if you have any alco drinks (?)

3. Food was given in weird order. We ate everything (soup / drinks / second dish) and only afterwards “starter” was given (?). We were required to ask several times about waiting time.

In general all those problems are fixable so I believe this place would be better when we’ll come back in a year 😉

Really nice and cozy place. Stuff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel is new so it's clean and all stuff works as expected. Room not too big but for night that is enough. Recommended for romantic couples especially if you like to pry how you girlfriend take a shower ) Interesting design.
