The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair. Good prices as for citycentre. They serve breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet breakfast, you can take everything what you need: snacks, hot dishes, drinks, desserts.

The only disappointing thing was noisy conditioning system. You can't really switch it off 'cause apparently it is designed for whole block. So I suspect the soundproof is poor.

Very realistically. First of all, when you call to book the room - make sure to ask for room specifically with the view on the lake (it's opposite to the road), the reception has a directive to always assume that you don't mind sleeping in the room facing the road (stinks of gas if you open the window, plus loud if you want to sleep with fresh air and once again - stinks), they will never book you...

My room made a poor first impression in that it was outside-noise loud(!), and the receptionist mitakenly told me (in English, which probably created the miscommunication) that nothing could be done about the noise.
