The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat. The assortment is poor and not really tasty, for sure breakfast is better than dinner. Great hotel. Nice location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Truskavets. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Hotel is located in the center of city. If you are lucky, you get room with wonderful views on all old city. They have different kinds of rooms, some of them need repair. Good prices as for citycentre. They serve breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Breakfast is buffet breakfast, you can take everything what you need: snacks, hot dishes, drinks, desserts.

The best location right in the heart of Lviv...we stayed in superior twin bed and the room was nice and enough room...i loved the bathroom...good breakfast plenty for everyone...if u come with a car there is a parking available just in the back of the hotel...i reccomend...cheers

absolutely in love with the art on the walls. Price was good, breakfast was decent, rooms are decent. Book a room for each person because the "extra bed" was awful though. It's nice that the is help on your floor 24hr but the worst thing ever is every room came only with one key. Absolutely inconvenient.

Pros: 1. Warm in winter, even aired. It was -10 outside. If you want, you can walk around the room barefoot, even in the bathroom. Last week I was in Reikardts in Ivano-Frankivsk. The room was 19 degrees, manipulations with the central heating system did not change the temperature, it only hummed like in an airplane. They gave me a converter, +3 degrees in two days, but the skin on my face dried out...

Front desk staff are very helpful when needing information and to get rides to places. Room was nice and tidy. Room service menu is a bit smaller than most places. My favorite hotel in Lviv. Service is good. The restaurant is outstanding quality. Staff is very helpful and most speak English. Probably the only negative I could say is they have parties sometimes which can be loud but that easily solved with earplugs or headphones. I've stayed here probably half a dozen times at least.

Everything was perfect from check in (allowed us early when we got in) to check out. The spa is really great and free for an hour a day including sauna and steam room. The hotel is great. No complaints. And we loved being so close to the Market Square scene. So WCGW? Well, it’s located in the “walking area” of the city so be prepared to schlep your bags a couple blocks. And the hotel parking offered to me was four blocks away and limited to two indoor spaces, so reserve/discuss one if this is important to you. But what a great hotel.

The room is good. It is comfortable and quiet. The room really should have a fridge. Most every room in Ukraine has a fridge as well as a kettle. The breakfast is poor. The breakfast food in the chafing dishes was always cold! This really needs to be addressed!

It's a clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are quiet. We stayed 2 nights and had no problem. there is no fridge in the rooms. Also, we tried all the 3 breakfast menus, I can't say I love it. It was probably Ukrainian style breakfast. Beside the breakfast the hotel is stunning.
