At the moment one of the best hotels in Odessa! Comfortable bed, good breakfast, good service! Recommended!

We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00

A very good hotel. 5 balls only

He said breakfast begins at 8:00 and we could eat and then stop by the front desk to work everything out. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, the food and service were outstanding

Nevertheless, a very nice man came out and brought into the hotel and found our reservations and placed us in a room

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and a great place to entertain business contacts as the restaurant was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel as I spend 140 nights in hotels every year

Overall these guys look like they actually want their guests to have a good time. One advise though: get rid of the smell of smoke in the non-smoking rooms

! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits

They actually stand up at the reception when you walk past them, when you ask for a glass, they ask whether you are going to drink wine or champagne and when it comes to a complimentary breakfast, that actually cook pancakes from scratch

From the down sides, although rooms are for non-smokers, they still do smell of smoke and the curtains have holes burnt through them with cigarettes. The sink in my room was clogged as well

Unlike other hotels, they actually know if I have already paid or not and they don't have to ask me that every day of my stay, unlike the other hotels I've stayed at

Nevertheless, the staff was so friendly and helpful that we didn't pay attention to that inconvenience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists

Been there 3 times in the last few years, Sea views are fantastic. But only problem same one as l always have with them. I book a kitchen and get a microwave 3 times now .

Excellent place at the very seaside. Nice meeting hall; big rooms, majority with sea view. The food is good, but menu lacks choice. Very hospitable personnel.

Good location, near the sea. No entrance by car, the rate is higher in actual time. Our room was with a small bath for five people, not enough. Great place, with a bathhouse right in the sea?

a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me. The staff is good, kind and helpful. Usage of pool area and its services ended fairly soon in the evening

Good location on the beach and some good staff, but noisy

Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive

When I should go back to the hotel, I had to go out and around everything, no excuse given. The hotel should tell us ( guests ) about the wedding and give us something that would compensate us for our trubbels

The interior and decor in the hotel itself and in the rooms is incomparable! Such things can only be seen in a museum! I have ever seen such unusual plumbing equipment for the first time, and the most important thing is that it all functions perfectly! Therefore, even if you do not need housing, then come and just have a look, and if necessary, then it’s also worthwhile to stop at such interesting...

We love the location: everything is within walking distance. When my husband and I come with our children, we book a separate room with two beds for the kids – it's very convenient. Free parking is very important to us

Fantastic place! We stayed at the beachfront and everything was perfect: amazing sunrise view from our bed, contemporary design (everything is brand new and super clean!) and generous breakfast (more like brunch/lunch size)

Very nice place at the beach and also includ coffee and water in it. There breakfast area is at Port Royale,50 meters from the hotell with a nice view over the water

Owners are very welcoming and open to any suggestions so we highly recommend!

Location is super nice, right by the beach and can jump from the balcony to the sand 😀, its a public beach but location is out of city so its busy only on weekends, weekdays is having lots of free spots ( you can easily sit and put your legs in the water without waking up at 6am to reserve a spot) but without a car you are in a middle of nowhere, nearest supermarket is around 3-4 km and is so over...

The hotel is good, the rooms are not spacious, but relatively clean. A lot of sand in the bathroom, sand is everywhere, as well the air is dusty due the nearby cargo port

You must rent their parking , as there is no other spot within 2km to park the car! which we only realised when we where there 50hrn/day is not much but can be also included in price specially that you are not charging small amount per night

g free beach towels or umbrellas (you dont really need to charge for small stuff), or make a long stay packages maybe but to pay daily for towels, umbrellas, sun-beds, parking etc

Clean and quiet hotel we loved it so much . With a clean sandy beach and they have a very tasty food at their restaurant. We had a perfect direct view of the sea from our room .

I stayed at Apart Hotel Michelle twice during summer 2019. First stay was good, during the second one I had customer service issues. Hotel location in the downtown

On the whole, I would describe this place as good value for money when things go smooth, but lacking professional staff to handle other kinds of situations
