5% to the cost! What is that hypocrisy that when paying by Bank transfer? And it is in a tourist town? I have the feeling that specially made to rip off foreign tourists! Shame for that! Minus: bed was good but the mattress on the springs and in some cases it is felt that is not pleasant

Clean room, equipped with everything necessary. Good location close to the city center. A good variant to stay in Odessa for its price. Do not accept credit cards.

Pros: comfortable, clean, good repair, shower, plasma, wi-fi, fridge. At the reception, free candy apples - a trifle, but nice, respect for that!

We stayed one weekend in this hotel for 1 night - 4 people. I was clean, nice, cozy and cheap for the estival season. It's near the city center and about 15 min walk to the sea. The photos totally corresponded to reality

He came to Odessa to study the historical center and decided to stay in this hotel. Have not regretted. He is the Supreme. Repair and service on top.

The most interesting is the three keys given to you! :) One is for opening the entrance door of the building, the other is for opening the door on the floor (your hotel) and the third is the room key :) You can use the kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee pot and kettle

Good value for money. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. A bit far from city center. Cash payment only. Staff don't speak english.

Modern 3-star hotel on the west side of Odessa. Rooms are soundproof and now have refrigerators. If you don't know Russian and you only reserved a room, be ready to show your booking to the adminstrator

Be aware that arriving very late with an unpaid reserved room does not guarantee it, unless you notify the administrator in advance. Laundry services are not available

The restaurant is being renovated, so the advertised "free breakfast" is unavailable

All your meals were excellent. The waiters are very attentive even with a full load of tables, each table of them under control. Empty plate and not a minute of inactivity

Location Ossetia successful close by the sea - the hotel is right on the beach. As for the restaurant: very chic and varied menu, the food is just super. The prices are much cheaper than neighbouring restaurants

The room was clean but doesn’t have a window in the room. The hotel staff was so helpful but only things that they can’t speak english. Location of the hotel was good.

Great rooms, breakfast was alright. But sadly the dryer was used in the already not so cheap washing service and now half of my tshirts aren‘t wearable and shrunk to kids size.

We chose to eat breakfast in a cafe instead and was in general very frustrated by how breakfast was: breakfast room is a tiny room with 2 tables inside, food is in small amounts on the table next to them

The welcome at check in was not one of  the best My friend and I arrived at the hotel around midnight and the receptionist miss Ecaterina  a little asleep did not treat us very well

The atmosphere in the hotel is family-like, there is no pomposity in the behavior of the people working in the hotel, which can often be found in 5-star hotels. And the service does not suffer from this

Extremely pleasant hotel!!! We felt like in a family, in the times of war this hotel is functioning phenomenally well, people are friendly and breakfast is all you need! Bomb shelter is there and you can hide in underground swimming pool area

Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! Pls they organised flowers and cake for my 40th birthday by my husband’s request and we happily celebrated it in my beloved home city of Odesa! My English husband said that he felt very safe in the city thank to Ribas Duke! We are very grateful!! Location is top notch, near to everything

There is no place to sit, only in the restaurant on the roof, and if you sit there, you of course have to order food, which is not the cheapest, compared to other restaurants in the area

And the breakfast was good comparing to the number of guests. I have only noticed two things which i think the Hotel should improve considering they are 5 stars

We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00

He said breakfast begins at 8:00 and we could eat and then stop by the front desk to work everything out. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, the food and service were outstanding

Nevertheless, a very nice man came out and brought into the hotel and found our reservations and placed us in a room

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and a great place to entertain business contacts as the restaurant was very good. I strongly recommend this hotel as I spend 140 nights in hotels every year

Overall these guys look like they actually want their guests to have a good time. One advise though: get rid of the smell of smoke in the non-smoking rooms

! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits

They actually stand up at the reception when you walk past them, when you ask for a glass, they ask whether you are going to drink wine or champagne and when it comes to a complimentary breakfast, that actually cook pancakes from scratch

From the down sides, although rooms are for non-smokers, they still do smell of smoke and the curtains have holes burnt through them with cigarettes. The sink in my room was clogged as well

Unlike other hotels, they actually know if I have already paid or not and they don't have to ask me that every day of my stay, unlike the other hotels I've stayed at

Nevertheless, the staff was so friendly and helpful that we didn't pay attention to that inconvenience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists
