Modern 3-star hotel on the west side of Odessa. Rooms are soundproof and now have refrigerators. If you don't know Russian and you only reserved a room, be ready to show your booking to the adminstrator

Be aware that arriving very late with an unpaid reserved room does not guarantee it, unless you notify the administrator in advance. Laundry services are not available

The restaurant is being renovated, so the advertised "free breakfast" is unavailable

The hotelkeeper and his family were very friendly and proffessional. Great service! The Chef makes a good supper and excellent traditional breakfast. We will be back! Greetings from the Netherlands

A comfortable, cozy mini-hotel. Croissants and yogurt for breakfast, polite staff. The room with a balcony is wonderful. The room has a normal hairdryer and a comfortable bathroom

Very nice place to stay. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is on the 3rd floor of the building without elevator.

The only downside is that the water is very noisy at night, but otherwise, everything is great. I am happy with my week-long stay at the hotel

Great rooms, breakfast was alright. But sadly the dryer was used in the already not so cheap washing service and now half of my tshirts aren‘t wearable and shrunk to kids size.

The owners are super polite and English speaking couple ! Cleanliness is first thing that cut my attention! Kitchen is open all day. Must try their cottage cheese pancakes (sirniki)!!! Its my 5th time stay at the hotel

The hotel is located 8n the heart of the city. Walking distance to the downtown, beach famous Privoz (food market) and main train station. The stuff is very pleasant and professional

The bed creaks, not very pleasant to disturb someone especially at night. What about the breakfast, you have to choose meals and time everyday for the next day, they have about 6 or more different options

I was particularly impressed by the convenient laundry service, which proved to be quite helpful during my brief stay. The location is central, allowing me to reach all my destinations on foot

Additionally, a public transit stop for both buses and trams is located just one block away, providing easy access to places like Privoz Bazaar and other areas outside the city center

The hotel is not that big, but nice, clean and cosy. No own parking on site, there is only one nearby(2 minutes walking from the hotel) , but you better check availability ahead - I took the very last parking slot there

Nice mini hotel for one or a couple of days. There will be more problems with drying clothes (there is no dryer). And second: satellite TV is good, but there is not a single domestic (Ukrainian) channel

A nice quiet hotel on a quiet leafy street in the centre of Odesa. The hotel is set back in courtyard and also has a shelter downstairs so very welcome in war time

Our four-year-old was given a puzzle upon check-in (a small touch, but a nice touch). The staff is very polite and attentive. This is our second stay at the hotel and we are pleased once again

There is no place to sit, only in the restaurant on the roof, and if you sit there, you of course have to order food, which is not the cheapest, compared to other restaurants in the area

Light is never off, we felt safe in the hotel! Pls they organised flowers and cake for my 40th birthday by my husband’s request and we happily celebrated it in my beloved home city of Odesa! Minor drawbacks: the jacuzzi needs cleaning; rust started to form when we turned it on. The doorman was a bit lazy; when we arrived at the hotel by taxi in the evening, he looked and was too lazy to open the door

We found this hotel to be excellent! We arrived at 5:20 in the morning and we knew that the front desk opens at 8:00

I stayed at the hotel in 2018 and 2019. and was regretfully too busy to write a review. It's a perfect, and gorgeous hotel - and was a wonderful spot in which to stay whilst supporting Ukrainian software company Readdle

Despite the confusion with the dates of the booking, the administrator adequately handled the situation, we were not left without a number on the wedding day! Above all praise, now a favorite in Odessa, Sophie's restaurant was very impressed, it's nice that you offer our favorite Trubetskoy wines, wines from our Kherson region

He said breakfast begins at 8:00 and we could eat and then stop by the front desk to work everything out. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and professional, the food and service were outstanding

! Thanks a lot for the service! The only disappointment was the towel warmer which was not working and it was a problem as there was no place to dry the swimming suits

They actually stand up at the reception when you walk past them, when you ask for a glass, they ask whether you are going to drink wine or champagne and when it comes to a complimentary breakfast, that actually cook pancakes from scratch

From the down sides, although rooms are for non-smokers, they still do smell of smoke and the curtains have holes burnt through them with cigarettes. The sink in my room was clogged as well

Unlike other hotels, they actually know if I have already paid or not and they don't have to ask me that every day of my stay, unlike the other hotels I've stayed at

Nevertheless, the staff was so friendly and helpful that we didn't pay attention to that inconvenience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all the tourists

Overall these guys look like they actually want their guests to have a good time. One advise though: get rid of the smell of smoke in the non-smoking rooms
