Loved the hotel, location and staff. A little dated in decor but overall a wonderful stay.

Members of staff were very attentive. The food was lovely.The lift to access the car park broke down when we were there. There was an alternative route, it was a little tricky to get to though. If you want a room with an accessible bathroom you might have to book early.

Says breakfast included but only continental stuff worth pennies. Have to pay £12 for hot foot and tiny portions. Was booked in SGD but billed as GBP so doubled price. Wasn’t worth that amount of money. “Courtyard view” means multi story car park view.

Lovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance.
The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room.
For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

Centre location, parking and easy access to the hotel. Staff and decor perfect, food and restaurant excellent.

Very romantic setting and the view is off the main street in Chester City. Beautiful tudor buildings. All the food was homemade and very very tasty with plenty to fill you. A great selection off alcohol, i recommend the Italian cocktails. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. would definatly go back and would recommend to friends.

If you are claustrophobic dont even think about it. It is tiny tiny and truth being said it needs a little freshen up, however the food was delicious, house vine lovely. It is a place where you go for a quick, good bite to eat! We did enjoy it

Food was bland and boring. Also why is your 'limoncello' sauce red???? Surely it should be yellow as lemons are yellow, doesn't take a genius to work that out you are not fooling me with your lies. If you do not know that lemons are yellow then there is no hope for your business. However, the dough balls were delicious.

When we arrived it was really busy. We were accomodated for very quickly, even though we hadn't booked. We were really impressed with the staff, they were really friendly to customers and each other and very efficient. My son had a gluten free menu and was impressed by the choice. He loved it! Especially that his meal was the same size as everyone elses and not smaller like other establishments. Thank you for a great meal!

The food was cooked perfectly and service was very quick. Our server, Nancy, was so lovely and friendly, and had lots of energy after a very busy late lunch/early dinner rush. It's a beautiful building but rather small inside. Restrooms definitely need some TLC and are up very steep stairs. A lovely visit overall thanks to the wonderful service.

Well after a disastrous visit to the newer Ellesmere Port branch I still wanted to see if all branches were of the same incompetence , however I was pleasantly surprised , ordered the same simple choice of Egg Noodles , chicken & mushrooms with soy sauce , no beansprouts , no veg , just plain ....simple !
Came quickly , and more importantly correct. Tasted fine , and something a little different from the same old fast food options that we plod along with through familiarity .... only criticisms of the place is it's now looking a little gloomy and need of a refit , tables and chairs are high and more reminiscent of a bar , and not a comfy place to eat .
However a dam sight better than my local branch , and I'll be back again for more.

Not entirely authentic to Southeast Asian cuisine but it does have similar flavours. Very tasty selection of boxes and very fast. Better than most Asian style fast food places we get in Canada!

Food was ordered over phone and ready for collection literally 30 seconds after I got in the store. The new wrap range is amazing. Ben was my server and he was really friendly.
