Lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and a super bathroom with an amazing shower. Ate in both restaurants and really enjoyed our meals. Would definately recommend staying here!

I’m a rather particular solo traveller with a sensitivity to light, noise, and temperature, so comfort matters enormously to me. My two-night stay at Hope Street Hotel, in room G02, was nothing short of delightful. The real manual key, spacious layout, and wooden floors created a welcoming, homely atmosphere.

The highlight was undoubtedly the free-standing bath with its view over the festively lit Hope Street; it was such a treat to relax and watch the world go by that I happily cancelled my spa booking. I’d initially worried the central location might be noisy, but I slept soundly throughout.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tips:
• Bringing a few battery-powered tea lights made the bathroom feel cosy, as the lighting is quite minimal.
• The pillows, while luxurious, were on the softer side. If you prefer firmer support, a small memory foam pillow is worth packing.
• It can get a touch chilly at night, so turning the heating up to 26 degrees keeps things comfortable.

This hotel is amazing, from the moment you walk in. Staff are amazing the spa is out of this world (especially when you have been in work all day) and they bring you drinks out to you x

Terrible showers with no pressure. No effort made to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. No special touches as experienced with plenty of other hotels.

Nice venue, the food is very much average given the price but the service is incredibly slow!

I enjoyed my meal there we're lots of positives shame that the menu is trying to do too many things over the christmas period. I would recomend to others but I feel the service really lacked and not an amazing atmosphere music didn't come on till about 7. The food was excellently presented. I understand because it is a hotel restaurant prices are higher but the market seems to be not just hotel guest so the price of the a la carte are too expensive for the ingredients used and quality of the service. A few tips would to get some staff uniform as everyone is wearing all different shirts shoes... Which doesn't look very professsional. The potential is a there just not quiet doing it right. Because the food was definitely 2 rosette standard but everything else not unfortunately.

Food was nice. Service poor... not greated on arrival, eventually asked to take a seat in the bar and someone would come and take our drink order... 25 minutes later, no drinks (but good company) and we are shown our table... nice food for but not inclined to return...

The food is ok but the quality cost ratio is dreadful. It seems to be expensive just to prove a point rather than due to service or ingredients. Also had two wines, a good white from Northern Italy and a terrible red from France, both significantly overpriced. If you actually want a good meal go elsewhere. The building however has got some quality solid wood interior design on the staircase. Keep the architect, change the chef.
