I had to request to change rooms as the first room was cold, but following that all was satisfactory and an enjoyable stay.

The room was really warm, like an oven… the fridge was really loud, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the windows you could hear everything outside, the decor was moody teenager (painted all black) but the staff were super nice 😊

Staff all very pleasant and helpful ( my husband uses a wheelchair and they assisted with that) Breakfast good value, room nice and clean and I liked the “ informal” style of the place. Only thing I would say was I couldn’t turn off the radiator in the room at night but, as they had 24 hour desk service, I suppose I could have asked them.

Great stay — friendly staff, large (and clean) room with a great shower, and a great location. We walked everywhere we went (in late December).

Staff were fantastic. So friendly and chatty.
For a busy part of Liverpool we were surprised how quiet it was.
Disappointed the room didn't have shampoo/ conditioner etc. so had to shop for these nearby. Little niggles like the towels were only in shower room and not by bath, and no easy way of filling the kettle so used the bottles of water provided. Basic tea and biscuits. Just the little things that didn't reflect the cost and boutique style of the hotel.
We had a lovely stay, would come back with own tea and bath products.
Best bit of this hotel is that it feels very inclusive and has some wonderful entertainment/ special nights.

Loved the originality of the decor which is very much in keeping with Liverpool being a city of music. Comfortable sized rooms and a very good night sleep. Excellent cleanliness and great service from start to finish. Easy access to city and waterfront.

Wonderful staff, spacious rooms with a great music vibe and a very comfy bed. Right in the heart of the best place to hang out in Liverpool.

Room was as per photos, but bed mattress was too soft for us (sorry).
Reception greeting and service was excellent by the young woman (sorry missed your name) 10/10!
Venue was quiet with no external noises.

Would recommend this but the beds are a bit small

Same as every other branch I've been to. Plenty of staff which are happy to help and will clean your table if someone didn't bother removing their mess before when they left.

Terrible service from Millie... horrid attitude. I asked for diet coke.... and she said "what!?" With an chip on her shoulder. If she doesnt like her job then find another. Its all about customer service. I will not come back again
