Excellent hotel best in liverpool. It’s a shame they don’t offer triple rooms otherwise I’d stay there everytime I came to liverpool with friends.

Beautiful clean hotel, friendly staff throughout the whole stay.
Buffet breakfast was served hot with plenty of choice
Fresh fruits, teas and coffee
The bed was super comfy and so quiet
Ironing board and iron within a walk in wardrobe along with hairdryer
Literally 3 mins walk to Matthew Street and all the live entertainment
I will definitely stay again

Had a fantastic weekend in Liverpool. Stayed at the Hard Days Night Hotel.. Great staff. Great breakfast. Definitely visit again.

Hard Days Night Hotel is in the heart of The Beatles area, next to Mathew Street where The Cavern Club is located.
Despite its being weekend, we didn't hear any noise at night from our room on the fifth floor. The bedroom was large and pleasant. (Our room had a picture of George - my favourite Beatle - on the wall, which made me very happy!)
Things some people find remiss are (1) no fridge in the room (at least not in the Classic Double), (2) TV had a very basic remote and fuction, and while it claimed to allow internet access, we couldn't use any app /mirroring from our iPhones; (3) toiletaries were very basic (just liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner refilled); (4) no movable shower with a hose.
Breakfast was truly excellent! It's self-service buffet-type, but all the full-English parts were there and they were all very, very good.
We also went to a bar in the evening and it was also very nice with Beatle-themed cocktails, in addition to usual drinks.
Overall, we would definitely love to come back to this hotel!

The hotel & bar was great, we had a side room with a joining door, you could hear everything from the next door guests which you felt you had no privacy also we heard alot of noise from 6am every morning, road sweepers , rubbish Lorrie’s, glass collections etc… and the ballards made a warning announcement when vehicles going in and out so ask for an inside room if your a light sleeper, don’t waste your money with the restaurant very disappointed, empty restaurant to be refused an evening meal at 7.30pm told to go back later, breakfast terrible we arrived in with plenty of time of the opening hours, but staff could not be any ruder, they just wanted to be finished which was very off putting & made you feel uncomfortable, turning toaster off 15 mins before closure, food standard very poor & very poor availability of fresh cooked food, We stayed 3 nights and after our experience of breakfast & evening meal, I cancelled the breakfast for the next 2 mornings, plenty of great places to eat around.

Room was very comfortable and well equipped, great full English breakfast. Very centrally situated for all shops and visitor attractions.
Let down by interconnecting door to next room, with noise from the people in there. Should be sound proofed between the two rooms for privacy and unwanted noise.

Saturday before New Years Eve.....Great atmosphere, great service, even greater food!! Fantastic night enjoyed by all 6 of us....highly recommended.

Travelled up from London for the weekend. Was rammed into the restaurant, could hear every body around me's conversation around me as we were so close to one another. Left the restaurant with a terrible gut ached and was ill for 2 days from the Prawn & Monk Fish. Don't other, stick with Prezzo.

Found this one in Liverpool not had good has Manchester. Staff stiff unfriendly. If your face fits they will take your coat otherwise u have to sit on it. Staff stood talking and staring making u feel uncomfortable Waited a while for our drinks. Food very nice but not my cup of tea and will not return. Roll on Manchester all the way
