This is now our favourite place to stay in London! The room was great for four, with room for luggage. The location is fantastic, so close to everything, including the direct train to and from Heathrow. The team members were lovely and so helpful, and the hosted hour each night was great.

The best location. You are close to Regent St, Oxford St., theater district, restaurant, bars...you name it. Excellent service! I had let them know I was checking in early to leave my luggage. I wasn't expecting it but they had a room ready for me at 11am. Special thank you to the staff for making my stay so comfortable. I will definitely be back

1. The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately the stay was not impressive.
The hot water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no proper adjustment in between.
The air conditioning was broken — from check-in at 3:30 PM until 8:00 PM it still wasn’t cooling. The staff tried to say there was a “gentle breeze,” but it was impossible to sleep like that. Imagine trying to sleep in a sauna!
In the end, I had to move to a basement-level room after 8 PM. When I opened the door, it was nice and cool, and the hot water worked properly. The difference in room preparation was like night and day, though the basement room felt rather closed-in.
2. Loud roadworks and construction noise started early in the morning, and sound from other rooms could be heard quite clearly.
3. Value for money was, in my opinion, not worth it — though the staff were friendly and provided good service.

Arrived in London in the morning. Fortunately, there was a room available. It was very nice. They also recommended a good brunch with a discount. The surrounding area is very close to the subway and in the Soho area. I will book it again next time I come!

It was a very speechless experience. There was no text or picture on my order page indicating that I had booked a basement room. It cost 2,700 RMB per night. Without any prompt on the booking page, the hotel arranged a room in the basement for me. I have never experienced the feeling of living in a mouse hole. How does Ctrip deal with such behavior that deceives consumers? First they called me and offered me a 300 yuan cash coupon, and after I refused, they told me a 50% discount on my hotel stay. Do I still need to pay to stay in the mouse hole? Please understand the Consumer Rights Protection Law first! Next, we can consider going through the Consumers Association or judicial procedures.

The location of the hotel is very central, convenient to travel, and the staff are very friendly. Eating is very convenient and cost-effective. The sanitation is also very good, and I will choose this hotel next time I go to London

First of all, it is located in the Soho area, so it is very convenient to go to London's sightseeing spots. It is convenient because there are many nearby restaurants, such as 3 minutes on foot from the subway station, 2 minutes from Tesco, and 7 minutes from Chinatown. I thought it would be inconvenient because there was no restaurant, but there were many places to eat nearby, so I felt that it was better not to have a restaurant. The bedroom wasn't too small and there was adequate space, and simple food could be eaten using a microwave. The hot water came out very well. The staff at check-in was very kind, and the concierge was very kind, such as the first train on the subway on Sundays. If I go to London again, I will definitely visit again. thought

Nice food, great quality. The only issue I could find was that it was too loud to talk at the table which was bigger (more roomy) that the usual table size in central London. But this together with the noise made conversation impossible. Otherwise all was good. The service was good and staff was attentive..4 stars.

Really disappointing experience. Had been led to believe this was an excellent restaurant but the food was overpriced and very average indeed (£21 for a lobster salad starter with about four pieces of lobster? Fish main course that would have been better quality ordered through Ocado). The service was really slow. Our main courses arrived without sides. They gave up in the end on trying to get the latter to us. For a restaurant in such a decent location with such a reputation, this was a poor show. Choose anywhere else in Soho.

A great revival in Soho. Great food and choice wines. Great atmosphere. Recommended.

My favourite restaurant in Soho. Unique atmosphere, extremely attentive and caring staff, French cuisine coupled with superb martinis and a newly opened gin bar make up a one-of-a-kind experience. I've been coming here for over two years now and I'm still looking forward to every single visit.

Went for lunch. Nice decor and service. Food was decent, just a bit on the salty side 3 start rating based on price and expectation
